特种材料知识简介:哈氏合金-蒙乃尔-超级不锈钢哈氏合金(Hastelloy alloy)一、引言哈氏合金是镍基合金的一种,目前主要分为B、C、G三个系列,它主要用于铁基Cr-Ni或Cr-Ni-Mo不锈钢、非金属材料等无法使用的强腐蚀性介质场合,在国外已广泛应用于石油、化工、环保等诸多领域。

其牌号和典型使用场合如下表所示。

哈氏合金牌号为改善哈氏合金的耐蚀性能和冷、热加工性能,哈氏合金先后进行了三次重大改进,其发展过程如下:B系列:B →B-2(00Ni70Mo28) →B-3C系列:C →C-276(00Cr16Mo16W4) →C-4(00Cr16Mo16) →C-22(00Cr22Mo13W3) →C-2000(00Cr20Mo16)G系列:G →G-3(00Cr22Ni48Mo7Cu)→G-30(00Cr30Ni48Mo7Cu)目前使用最广泛的是第二代材料N10665(B-2)、N10276(C-276)、N06022(C-22)、N06455(C-4)和N06985(G-3)。

第三代材料N10675(B-3)、N10629(B-4)、N06059(C-59)处于推广阶段。

由于冶金技术的进步,近年来出现了多个牌号的含~6%Mo的所谓“超级不锈钢”,替代了G系列合金,使得G系列合金的生产和使用迅速下降。

二、典型哈氏合金化学成分材料的化学成分三、力学性能哈氏合金的力学性能非常突出,它具有高强度、高韧性的特点,所以在机加工方面有一定的难度,而且其应变硬化倾向极强,当变形率达到15%时,约为18-8不锈钢的两倍。

哈氏合金还存在中温敏化区,其敏化倾向随变形率的增加而增大。

当温度较高时,哈氏合金易吸收有害元素使它的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能下降。

材料的力学性能四、常用哈氏合金1:Hastelloy B-2 alloy(哈氏B-2合金)一、耐蚀性能哈氏B-2合金是一种有极低含碳量和含硅量的Ni-Mo合金,它减少了在焊缝及热影响区碳化物和其他相的析出,从而确保即使在焊接状态下也有良好的耐蚀性能。

无铅的标识,符号和标签及无铅组装,元件和设备中无铅的报告材料1.范围此标准规定了无铅材料的确认符号和标识,并规定了无铅第二标准的特殊的记号和标签,指出无铅材料的特定类型与最大组装温度。

如果基材树脂是无卤素的并且在组装之后使用了保形涂覆,标准还规定了裸板的标签要求。

此标准应满足所有电子元件,包括嵌入式,开关,电晶体元件和其它用焊接来连接设备/元件和生产板或组装的设备。

DEFROST PROCESSThe defrost process has the objective of melting the ice accumulated on the evaporator, making the refrigeration process more efficient. The defrost happens periodically and has a defined duration. However, its execution can be prevented, and its end can be anticipated in function of the temperature measured directly on the evaporator (See df.s parameter).The defrost can occur because of a compressor stop, resistance heating or compressor cycle inversion:1. In defrost by compressor stop , the refrigeration output willbe switched off at the beginning of the defrost cycle. The defrost of the evaporator will happen naturally.2. In defrost by resistance heating , the defrost output will beused to turn on an electrical resistance, that will heat the evaporator to melt the accumulated ice.In this mode, the refrigeration output will also be switched off.3. In defrost by compressor cycle inversion , the refrigerationoutput will not be turned off. The defrost output will be used to perform the compressor cycle inversion.The parameters df.i and df.t define, respectively, the interval between defrosts and the duration of this process.the controller is in defrosting process.Manual Defrost: When pressed, the key allows you to start or stop the defrosting process. By pressing this key for 1 second, the controller will be forced into defrost. If it is already in progress, the process will be stopped immediately.Set the evaporator temperature for defrost process: • Wait for ice formation on the evaporator. • Trigger a manual defrost.• Monitor visually the evaporator until all ice disappears.• Check the temperature measured by the sensor 2 at thismoment (touch short on). This is the value used in parameter Temperature for End Defrost df.s .8. CONFIGURATION PROTECTIONThe configuration protection system is intended to prevent undue changes to the parameters of the controller. Protection consists of limiting access to the parameter levels.The Calibration level is always protected. To change its parameters, you must enter the Access Password in the PSS parameter, which is the first parameter of the Calibration level. Without the correct password, you can see the other parameters of the level, but not change them.PSs Parameter to enter the Access Password.PrT It allows you to define the degree of protection to beadopted by the controller.PA.C It allows you to change the Access Password. You canset the password to a number between 0 and 1999. Important notes:1. The controller is supplied with the Access Password set to 111.In PA.C (Password Change) parameter, you can change it.2. The factory password is not sensitive information. You must seta new password to protect the controller configuration.3. If you enter the incorrect password for 5 consecutive attempts,the controller will prevent further attempts for the next 10 minutes.4. When you can't remember the Access Password, you can entera Master Password, which will only allow you to set a new password. See MASTER PASSWORD section.9. MASTER PASSWORDThe master password, which allows you to define a new password for the controller, is based in the serial number of the equipment (Sn2, Sn1 and sn0) and calculated as following:[ 1 ] + [ higher digit of SN2 ] + [ higher digit of SN1 ] +[ higher digit of SN0 ] For example, the master password for a device with serial number 97123465 is: 1936As follows: sn2 = 97; sn1 = 123; sn0 = 465 = 1 + 9 + 3 + 6 9.1 HOW TO USE YOUR MASTER PASSWORD1. In the PSS parameter, enter the master password.2. In the PA.C parameter, enter a new password, which must notbe zero (0).3. Use this new password.10.ERROR INDICATIONOn the display, the controller shows messages that correspond to problems related to the temperature measurement.
