摘要:基于我国淮南矿区三软煤层赋存条件及综采自动化技术发展现状,分析了千米深井三
软煤层综采工作面实现智能化、少人化开采的制约因素与技术瓶颈。针对三软煤层易发生煤壁片帮与顶板冒漏等问题,提出了基于多参量监测与融合分析的液压支架智能自适应控制策略;通过分析采煤机精准定位与智能调高存在的技术瓶颈,提出了基于地质信息模型和随掘随采探测动态修正的采煤机采高智能调控策略;分析了刮板输送机发生上窜、下滑等异常工况的原因,提出了基于刮板输送机三向姿态智能监测的异常工况预警与调控策略,并辅以刮板输送机推移工序进行调整;针对综采工作面超前支护区域难以实现智能化推进的难题,研发设计了单元式智能自适应超前液压支架及自动搬移装置,提高了对大变形巷道的适应性及智能化控制水平;分析了综采装备群智能协同推进控制策略,对综采工作面智能化开采技术的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract :Based on the coal seam condition and fully mechanized mining automation technology development status ,the
restriction factors and technical bottleneck of intelligent mining technology for three -soft seam of deep coal mine was analyzed.In order to solve the problems of coal wall spalling and roof leakage in three -soft coal seam ,an intelligent adaptive control strategy of hydraulic support based on multi -parameter monitoring and fusion analysis was proposed.Through analyzing the technical bottleneck of precise positioning and intelligent height controlling of the shearer ,the resourceful coal mining energy regulation strategy based on geological information advanced detection and interface recognition of coal and rock was proposed.The reasons for the abnormal working conditions of the scraper conveyor was analyzed ,and the early warning and control strategies for the abnormal working conditions based on the intelligent three -way attitude monitoring of the scraper conveyor was put forward.Aiming at the difficulty of realizing intelligent propulsion in advance support area of fully mechanized mining face ,unit intelligent adaptive advance hydraulic support and automatic moving device were studied ,which improved the adaptability and intelligent control level of advance hydraulic support for large deformation roadway.The intelligent cooperative promotion strategy of fully mechanized mining equipment group was analyzed ,and the development direction of intelligent mining technology of fully mechanized mining face was predicted.
