2若在校访问或者工作期间签证有效期或住宿地址变更，请及时到学校申报部门办理变更登记。
（If the valid visa or the address information change during your stay in Tsinghua, please go to the related office to register within 7 days）

1请院系在其主请来校访问或工作的境外（含港澳台地区）人员入境前或入境后24小时以内，准确填写该表并发送到国际处:
zswang@, (工作签证，Visa“Z”或者短期访问签证,Visa“F”，旅游签证，Visa“L”），港澳台人员发送到ofo@, 同时抄送房管处fengh@，或者发送传真到62789392。
周六周日抵达我校住宿的请在周五下午4：00前发送填写完整的表格至上述邮箱以便及时上报。
