As a result of the tireless efforts of my hospital ' s out—patient management quality control centre, the quality control of hospital out—patient management has made positive progress and has contributed significantly to the upgrading of medical services。

We have strengthened the training of doctors, nurses and medical technicians to make them more accountable and professional in response to problems arising from outpatient medical services; we have also established a system of quality assessment of outpatient medical services, regular check—up of outpatient services to ensure patient access to medical experience; and we have implemented a system of medical equipment and medicine management to ensure the safety of outpatient services。

However, there are still problems and deficiencies in practice that need further strengthening and improvement。

It is hoped that the leadership will focus on these issues, provide more support and help and jointly promote the health of the out—patient management quality control centres。

In order to improve the quality and level of outpatient services in hospitals, the Hospital's Outpatient Management Quality Control Centre specifically requests the following support and resources from the leadership: it is hoped that additional training funds will be made available to enhance skills training and raise the awareness and professionalism of health—care personnel; it is requested to support the assessment of the quality of outpatient medical services, including the provision of equipment and funding for the assessment; and it calls for increased monitoring of medical equipment and pharmaceutical management to ensure the safety andpliance of outpatient services。

We are confident that, with the support of the leadership, the out—patient management quality control centre will be able to better serve the patients and promote the
quality of hospital out—patient management。
