Once upon a time, in a small town, there lived a young girl named Ella. Ella’s mother had passed away, leaving her alone with her stepmother and stepsisters. They treated her cruelly, making her do all the household chores while they lounged around the house.
One day, the town’s prince announced a grand ball, inviting all eligible maidens to attend. Ella’s stepsisters were thrilled at the opportunity to meet the prince, but they made sure to leave Ella at home to clean the house. As she watched them leave in their fancy dresses, Ella felt a pang of sadness but quickly composed herself and got to work.
As she cleaned, a fairy godmother appeared before Ella. “Don’t worry, my dear,” said the fairy godmother. “I will make sure you attend the ball in style.” With a wave of her wand, she transformed Ella’s torn dress into a beautiful gown, her rags into glass slippers, and a pumpkin into a carriage.
Ella was amazed at her transformation and thanked her fairy godmother profusely. With a warning to return before midnight, Ella set off to the ball. As she entered the grand hall, all eyes
turned to her. The prince was captivated by her beauty and grace and asked her to dance.
They danced the night away, and Ella felt like she was living a dream. But as the clock struck midnight, she remembered her fairy godmother’s warning and fled the ball, leaving behind one of her glass slippers.
The next day, the prince searched the town for the mysterious maiden who had captured his heart. As he arrived at El la’s house, her stepsisters eagerly tried on the glass slipper, but it didn’t fit. When Ella tried it on, it was a perfect fit.
The prince was overjoyed to have found his true love, and he whisked Ella away to his palace, where they lived happily ever after. Ella forgave her stepsisters and stepmother for their cruelty, knowing that she was now surrounded by love and happiness.
And so, Cinderella’s story had a happy ending, proving that kindness and love will always prevail in the end.。
