【摘要】OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of Modified Yupingfeng Powder in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis and its impact on the recurrence. METHODS Eighty-six cases (86 eyes )of herpes simplex keratitis patients from 2006.1-2008.12. in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (44 cases)and control group (42 cases). Control group was given 0.1% oral acyclovir 0.2 g,4 times/d and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops ( Beifushu eye drops )altemating eye, 6 times/d. The treatment group was given oral Modified Yupingfeng Powder, 1 dose/ d, 2 times a day orally. Followed up for 2 years observing treatment effect and recurrence of the two groups. RESULTS The treatment group with the cure rate 88.64% ,efficiency rate 95.45% and the recurrence rate 10.26%,39 cases cured,3 cases improved,2 cases unchanged and 4 cases recurred in 2 years. The control group the cure rate 71.42%, efficiency rate 86.36%,the recurrence rate 33.33% ,30cured,3 improved,9 unchanged and 10 recurred in 2 years. The differences of cure rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The effect of treatment and prevention of recurrence of
Modified Yupingfeng Powder for herpes simplex keratitis was better than western anti-viral therapy.%目的观察玉屏风散加味治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效及其对复发的影响.方法将2006年1月-2008年12月在我院就诊的单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者86例86只眼,随机分成治疗组44例,对照组42例.对照组以0.1％
阿昔洛韦滴眼液及重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液(贝复舒滴眼液)交替点眼,6次/d,口服阿昔洛韦0.2 g,4次/d.治疗组予口服玉屏风散加味,1剂/日,分早晚2次口服,西医治疗同对照组.随诊2年,观察2组的治疗效果和复发情况.结果治疗组治愈39例,好转3例,无效2例,2年复发4例,治愈率88.64％,有效率95.45％,复发率10.26％；对照组治愈30例,好转3例,无效9例,2年复发10例,治愈率71.42％,有效率86.36％,复发率33.33％.2组治愈率、有效率、复发率比较,差异均有统计
学意义(P＜0.05).结论玉屏风散加味治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效优于单纯西医
抗病毒疗法,且对其复发有明显的预防作用.
