摘要：PURPOSE: To provide light operation by composing a device to release pawl contact support action by moving it upward by a specified distance in the case where more force is applied by a lock element against a spring when the lock element collides with the pawl in conducting adjusting motion downward. CONSTITUTION: A safety belt fitting 3 is installed by a bolt 4 and a bush nut 5 to freely oscillate on a lock element 2 engaged with a straight guide track formed in an inner surface of a guide rail 1 installed on a pillar of an automobile. In the guide rail 1, plural rectangular openings 6, 7 are formed on the installation surface side to the pillar, and plate-like pawls 8, 9 energized by spring pressure are pivotally supported on lower edges of the openings 6, 7. On the mooring element 2, a lever-like release element 10 is swingably provided, an inclined slit 14 is formed in the release element 10, and an oscillation pin 20 provided on the mooring element 2 is engaged in it to form an oscillation bearing 13. In the release element 10, a first lock element 17 and a stopper 18 are formed, while a second lock element 19 is formed in the lock element 2.
