这样地循环，泥土不会减少，烟尘也不会少，洒水只是暂时，我们不是应该向有关部门反映吗？我问过沿路居民，他们都说洒水就好了，还要去报告，嫌麻烦。

这也算麻烦，那洒水不是更麻烦？大家只是在做一些表面功夫，而不会真正去解决问题。

就像你想让世界没有垃圾，你就想去扫世界。

那是不可能的，你只是在做表面，你应该去宣传环境清洁，而不是虎头虎脑地去扫世界。

想解决问题，不能做表面功夫，要去从问题关键去解决。
