我院常见非发酵菌的临床变化及耐药性分析

【摘要】目的：了解常见非发酵菌(NFB)的检出率、分布及耐药性变化，以指导临床合理用药。

方法对本院2010年1月~2013年12月分离的三种NFB药敏结果
进行统计分析。

结果2010~2013年NFB的检出率依次为：7.0%、7.5%、9.8%、11.3%，构成以铜绿假单胞菌(45.4%)、鲍曼不动杆菌(23.5%)、嗜麦芽窄食单胞
菌(10.6%)为主。

感染主要分布：ICU，呼吸科，外科和骨科。

痰和分泌物是检出
率较高的标本。

三种细菌对大多数抗生素的耐药性呈上升趋势，并且耐药率较高，部分药物耐药性有下降趋势。

结论非发酵菌的耐药性日趋严重，抗菌药物的合理应用尤为重要。

%Objective To study the detective rate,distribution and drug resistance change of common non-fermentation bacteria(NFB)for guiding clinical rational drug using. Methods The results about drug susceptibility test of NFB isolat-ed from January 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were statistically analyzed. Results The detective rate of NFB from 2010 to 2013 was 7.0%,7.5%,9.8% and 11.3% respectively.Among them the composition to Pseudomonas aerugi-nosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was 45.4%,23.5% and 10.6% respectively.ICU,respi-ratory,surgical and orthopedics there were high infection rate.Sputum and secretion were high detection rate.The drug resistance was gradually increasing from three kinds of bacteria and
resistance rate was rising too.Part of the drug re-sistance had a downward trend. Conclusion Drug resistance of the non-fermentation bacteria is serious.The reasonable application of antibiotics is particularly important.【总页数】3页(P187-189)
