【摘要】Objective:Objective To observe the expression of Gli - 1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma( ESCC), tumor - adjacent tissues and normal tissues ,and to investigate the expression and clinical significance
of Gli - 1 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:The expression of Gli - 1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 36 cases ESCC,tumor - adjacent tissues and 9 cases normal esophageal tissues. Results:In esophageal squamous cell car-cinoma,tumor - adjacent tissues and normal tissues,the positive expression rate of Gli - 1 were 55. 6% ,13. 9% ,and 11. 1% respectively,there was significant difference between group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The expression of Gli - 1 protein in tumor - adjacent and normal tissues was lower than that in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The difference was statisti-cally significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). No difference was found between tumor - adjacent and normal tissues about the expression of Gli - 1 protein(P ﹥ 0. 05). The expression of Gli - 1was not only much lower in T1 ~ T2 than that in T3 ~ T4( P ﹤ 0. 05) but also much lower in clinical stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ than that in Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ( P ﹤ 0. 05). The expression of Gli - 1 was higher in nodal metastases group than that in group without nodal metastases( P ﹤ 0. 05). No correlations were found between Gli -1 protein
and age,gender,tumor location,Tumor diameter,the degree of differentiation(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusions:Up -regulation of Gli - 1 might be involved in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and it might play a pro-moting role in the invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.%目的:检测食管鳞癌及其癌旁组织和食管正常组织的中 Gli -1的表达水平,并探究其与食管鳞癌的临床及病理因素之间的关系。

方法免疫组化法测36例食管癌及其癌旁组织和9例食管正常组织 Gli -1表达水平。

结果 Gli -1在食管鳞癌阳性表达率为55.6%;癌旁为13.9%;食管正常组织中为11.1%;组间差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05);Gli -1在癌旁和正常组织中均显著低于鳞癌(P ﹤0.05);Gli -1在癌旁和正常食管中表达差异无统计学意义(P ﹥0.05)。

其阳性表达率在Ⅰ~Ⅱ期远低于Ⅲ~Ⅳ期(P ﹤0.05),T1~ T2远低于 T3~ T4(P ﹤0.05),无淋巴转移的远低于转移( P ﹤0.05)。

但其表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤位置、直径及分化程度无关( P ﹥0.05)。

结论 Gli -1参与了食管鳞癌的发展进程,高表达的 Gli -1可能是促进食管鳞癌浸润转移的因素之一。
