摘要:PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a heating source and to facilitate the maintenance by using an infrared heater as heating source and providing the infrared heater to above the liquid level of the evaporation device. CONSTITUTION:An infrared heater 37 is provided to above the liquid level of an evaporation device evaporating thus concentrated liquid 27 in the vessel, feeding simultaneously the original concentrated liquid with a pump 26 to the vessel. High temp. high pressure steam is fed to a heat exchanger 22 by driving a compressor 32 to exchange the heat of the steam with the original concentrated liquid. Steam is generated from the original concentrated liquid, and the high temp. high pressure steam fed to the heat exchanger is condensed. The generated steam is fed to the compressor via the vessel 21, and the condensed liquid is held in the vessel and then fed to a preheater 25 where it is used for preheating of the original concentrated liquid. The condensate of the high temp. high pressure steam preheats the original concentration liquid in a preheater 24, and uncondensed gas is exhausted through a pipeline 34. The infrared heater is used as supplementary heating source after starting of the system.
