【摘要】Objective To investigate the curative effect of budesonide combined with low temperature plasma operation on allergic
rhinitis.Methods 224 cases of allergic rhinitis patients in our hospital from March 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into experiment and control group,112 cases in each group.Experiment group received budesonide combined with low temperature plasma operation treatment,control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray and they were followed up for 6 months,the symptoms and signs of short-term and long-term of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were improved significantly,there were no serious adverse reactions.6 months after treatment,the total effective rate of experiment group was 84.8％,and it was 53.6％ in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups,P ＜0.05.Conclusion Budesonide combined with low temperature plasma operation therapy for allergic rhinitis is effective and has no serious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.%目的探讨布地奈德联合低温等离子手术治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法随机筛选我院2011年3月至2012年6月耳鼻喉科224例变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组112例.实
验组给予布地奈德联合低温等离子手术治疗,对照组给予单纯布地奈德喷鼻剂,并随访6个月,观察两组患者近期及远期的症状体征改善情况.结果两组患者治疗后症状及体征均有明显改善,均泰出现严重不良反应,治疗结束后6个月,随访两组患者临床疗效,实验组总有效率为84.8％,对照组为53.6％,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论布地奈德联合低温等离子手术治疗变应性鼻炎疗效确切,且无严重不良反应.
