This integrated packaging line is fully automatic,includes unscrambler,desiccant inserter,tablet counter,cottoner,capper,weigher,labeling equipment,as well as automatic inspection system and optional cartoner.It’s TEF(Tablet Entrapment Free)conveyor is designed for solid dose packaging ease of inspection of trapped products,easy in-line clearance during product changeovers,increasing
uptime and eliminating foreign product cross contamination.
This packaging line has a design speed of160bpm based on100-count bottles,packaging finished tablets in plastic bottles.Suppose the density is0.5g/ml,and each tablet is0.5g,the maximum output is480kg/h.
Capacity:
The production process and the maximum output per hour of every equipment is as Fig.8,two pieces of compressing and coating equipment are used because of its relatively low capacity.

If a batch of100kg size is being delivered,the required time in each unit operation is as below:
Pre-blending:15minutes.
Milling:8.4minutes.
Granulation:10minutes.
Drying:1hour.
Final blending:15minutes.
Compressing:10.9minutes.
Coating:2hours.
Packaging:12.5minutes.
So,the total delivery time for a500kg batch is4.2hours.
If a batch of500kg size is being delivered,the required time in each unit operation is as below:
Pre-blending:60minutes.
Milling:42minutes.
Granulation:50minutes.
Drying:1hour.
Final blending:60minutes.
Compressing:54.5minutes.
Coating:2hours.
Packaging:62.4minutes.
So,the total delivery time for a500kg batch is8.5hours.
If a batch of1000kg size is being delivered,the required time in each unit operation is as below: Pre-blending:105minutes.
Milling:85.7minutes.
Granulation:90minutes.
Drying:2hours.
Final blending:105minutes.
Compressing:109.1minutes.
Coating:2hours.
Packaging:125minutes.
So,the total delivery time for a500kg batch is14.3hours.。
