Once the patties are ready, I heat up the grill and cook them to juicy perfection. I like my burgers medium-rare, with a nice char on the outside. The smell of the meat sizzling on the grill is just irresistible.
While the burgers are cooking, I prepare the toppings.
I like to have a variety of options, like crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, creamy avocado, and tangy pickles. I also
like to have a selection of cheeses to choose from, like cheddar, Swiss, or blue cheese.
When everything is ready, I assemble the burgers. I start with a toasted bun, then add the patty, cheese, and toppings. I like to finish it off with a dollop of ketchup and mustard for that classic burger taste.
