托幼园所儿童1558人体检结果分析

【摘要】Objective To understand the children growth and development situation in the partial kindergartens of Haidian district of Beijing city. Methods The data of 1 558 children undergoing the healthy physical examination reported by 9 kindergartens of this district in September 2014 were analyzed. Results The malnutrition occurrence rate of this district was lower(which of growth retardation and emaciation were 0.39%and
0.26%respectively),the prevalence rate of anemia was 0.19%and the detection rate of low vision was 6.40%,which had no statistical differences among different age children (P>0.05). The oc-currence rate of simple obesity was 5.97%,5 years old≤children<6 years old had the highest occurrence rate of obesity ,showing statistical difference compared with other age groups(P<0.05);the prevalence rate of dental caries was
50.29%,which was increased with age,moreover which had statistical difference among different ages of children (P<0.05). Conclusion The obesity,vision and oral health in the kindergartens of this district are the key points of the kindergarten work.%目的：了解北京市海淀区内部分托幼园所儿童生长、发育情况。

方法对2014年9所该辖区内托幼园所上报儿童体检数据资料进行分析，共计1558人。

结果该辖区托幼园所儿童营养不良发生率（生长迟
缓发生率为0.39%，消瘦发生率为0.26%）较低，贫血患病率为0.19%，视力低
下检出率为6.40%，不同年龄儿童上述疾病发生率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；单纯性肥胖发生率为5.97%，以5～＜6岁儿童最高，与其他年龄
段儿童肥胖发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；龋患率为50.29%，龋
患率随年龄增长而升高，且不同年龄儿童比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论该辖区托幼园所儿童肥胖、视力、口腔保健为托幼园所工作重点。
