集束干预策略对肿瘤化疗患者PICC导管相关性血流感染的影

【摘要】目的：将集束干预策略应用到我科肿瘤化疗的患者，以期达到减少导管相关性血流感染的目的。

方法将2014年1-10月，在我科室行PICC肿瘤化疗的患者80名，按照随机数字表法，随机分为实验组和对照组。

实验组患者，在整个治疗护理期间实行集束干预护理策略；对照组患者实施常规的护理，然后比较两组患者的导管使用率和导管相关性血流感染率。

结果实验组患者发生导管相关性血流感染（ CRBSI）的机率为15.07‰，对照组的发生机率为42.47‰；实验组患者导管使用率为48.45%，对照组为36.49%。

结论集束干预策略实施减少了肿瘤化疗患者发生导管相关性血流感染的机率，提高了导管的使用率，减少了患者的住院天数和住院费用，值得在临床进一步推广应用。

%Objective:To apply the cluster intervention strategies to cancer chemotherapy patients in order to reduce catheter-related bloodstream infections in our department. Methods:Eighty patients in our Department PICC line chemo-therapy from January to October in 2014,were randomly divided into the experimental and the control groups according to a random number table method. Experimental group patients received the cluster intervention of care nursing strategy during the whole treatment while the control group patients had routine nursing. Then catheter usage and catheter-related
blood-stream infection were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:The risK of catheter-related bloodstream infec-
tion(CRBSI)was 15. 07 ‰in the experimental group patients and the control of the occurrence probability was 42. 47 per thousand. The catheter utilization rate in the experimental group patients was 48. 45%,while the control group was 36. 49%. Conclusion:Cluster intervention strategies reduces the risK of cancer chemotherapy patients of catheter-related bloodstream infections,improves the efficiency of the catheter,and reduces the patients’ hospitalization days and hospitali-zation expenses,which is worthy of further popularization and application in clinics.
