1. Supply of Electricity

Neither party shall be liable for any flure or delay in performing its obligations under this Contract to the extent that such flure or delay is caused an event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, and government actions.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If the negotiation fls, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
8. Governing Law
