四手操作提高口腔治疗效率的评价

【摘要】目的：总结分析四手操作在提高口腔治疗效率方面的应用效果。

方法：于我院2015年3月～2015年4月，随机选取60名口腔医生，将遵从传统行医护配合方式与四手操作模式的口腔医生分别被设为对照组（30名）和试验组（30名），记录、比较两组1个月内的工作时间、工作次数和单位时间、牙体收入，总结两组工作效率。

结果：试验组的工作时间（83.4±23.3）h和工作次数（241.5±30.1）次优于对照组的工作时间（62.6±13.8）h和工作次数（288.3±42.2）次，P＜0.05；试验组的单位时间收入（4.02±0.34）元／min和收入／牙齿（61.23±5.61）元／牙优于对照组的单位时间收入（3.14±0.43）元／min和收入／牙齿（50.19±7.23）元／牙，P＜0.05；试验组的患者满意度（100.00%）高于对照组（66.67%），P＜0.05。

结论：四手操作可可显著提高口腔治疗的工作效率，优化工作次数，缩短工作时间，提升治疗效益，可考虑于合理范围内加大推广与应用。

%Objective: To summarize and analyze the application effect of four-handed technique in oral treatment.Methods:60 oral surgeons which worked in our hospital during March 1,2015-April 1,2015,were selected randomly.The control group (30 cases) used traditional medical cooperation methods and the experimental group (30 cases) used four-handed technique methods.The number of working hours,working times,per unit time and the tooth body income in a month
of the two groups were compared and work efficiency of the two groups were summarized.Results:Experimental group working time (83.4±23.3) h and the number of work (241.5±30.1) times better than that of control group working time (62.6 ± 13.8) h and the number of work (288.3±42.2) times(P<0.05).Experimental group revenue per unit time (4.02 ±0.34 yuan/min) and income/teeth (61.23 ±5.61 yuan/teeth) was better than that of control group revenue per unit time (3.14 ± 0.43 yuan/min) and income/teeth (50.19 ± 7.23 yuan/teeth),(P<0.05).Satisfaction of experimental group (100.00%) was higher than the control group
(66.67%),(P<0.05).Conclusion:The four-handed technique can significantly increase the work efficiency of oral treatment optimizing working times;shorten work time,to improve treatment efficiency,which can be consider to increase the popularization and application in reasonable scope.
