4.复式泵连续监视功能
日机装透析装置的容量平衡泵,采用的是日机装公司独有的复式 泵结构形式。由于复式泵的中间滑体采用的是陶瓷材料,而复式泵的 泵头采用的是不锈钢材料,所以日机装的复式泵是非常经久耐用的。
复式泵的结构:由马达、陶瓷轴、泵体、单向阀、电极等零件所 组成;
复式泵的工作原理:当陶瓷体在马达的驱动下,往一侧移动时, 泵的两端一端进液一端排放,而泵的四个进、出口端有四个电极分别 监视透析液进出的实时流量。这样一来复式泵的运行控制就有了压力 和流量的双重监控,这对提高脱水精度是非常有益的。

产品描述★底盘:采用世界著名德国卡车公司---梅塞德斯生产的奔驰Actros 3341 6*4(欧Ⅲ)二类底盘,发动机采用原装德国OM501lA型V6涡轮增压中冷智能控制柴油发动机,动力强劲,功率300KW(408PS)/1800rpm;驾驶室宽敞、舒适,带双层卧铺,座椅采用空气悬挂,并可调整;变速箱采用同步智能换档;底盘驱动桥承载能力大,满载允许总质量33吨,制动系统具有ABS和ASR智能控制制动系统安全可靠。

该车型是目前国内各油田深井测井作业的最佳选择。

★绞车:绞车可选安装8000m单绞车或7000m双绞车(小绞车采用液压升降、方便操作)。

滚筒采用全防磁钢铸造焊接成型,加工后经热处理,进行平衡试验,传动平衡可靠;刹车系统:为双带式气控断气刹车,为安全起见,该车还设有张力过载可自动刹车功能;机架采用优质无缝矩形钢管焊接,并与付大梁牢固连接,保证了整车性能先进,安全可靠。

★绞车传动系统:主液压系统与液压发电机的驱动,采用分别独立控制,主系统采用发动机全功率取力系统取力,输出扭矩达1500N.m,功率大,操纵方便;液压系统采用闭式传动,容积变量无级调速,链传动选用国产气控大扭矩变速箱(适合深井作业),产品性能可靠,具有绞车超载自动停车系统,保证设备运行安全;液压传动选用美国原装进口W16T液压换档变速箱,调速范围大,并设有空档,两种传动方式适用于测井各种工况,最低速度可低于30m/h,满足超低速作业要求(注:传动可根据用户采用液压链传动方式,使测井速度范围更大至20—8000m/h)。

液压发电机由变速箱侧取力口取力直接带动。

★车厢:钢骨架;操作舱内蒙皮采用直纹不锈钢板制作,经聚胺脂发泡保温处理,保温性能好,并安装美国产COLEMAN进口顶式空调,操作台、工具箱采用仿5700,环境舒适;绞车舱地板采用4mm花纹铝板,下铺钢板,牢固耐用。

外蒙皮均采用铝板氧化喷砂处理,面漆采用进口杜邦漆,能够在恶劣环境下保持持久良好的性能。
