[案例描述]《新目标英语》七年级下Unit 11 What do you think of game shows? Section B (1a-2c)，这一课主要是谈论时尚的话题,在教完时尚的物品如:sunglasses 、belt、scarf、key ring 、wallet、watch 、hat等后,我给学生一个任务：Make a surveyin groups of five . Ask your classmates what分小组时，我考虑到各组成员的性别、学习水平、性格特征、智力差异等因素，根据《心理学》提倡的“组内异质，组间同质”的原则，将学生分成11个小组。
使每个小组有一个优等生、三个中等生和一个“后进生”，男、女比率相当，小组长由成绩较好、有一定的合作创新意识、口头表达能力及组织能力较强的学生担任。
小组划分完后，再由组长给每个成员分工，要设一名记录员，一名小组代表，一名报告者，但是每一个成员都应是一位发言者、一位好的听众。
