运用小组合作,提高课堂效率初二英语组王彦明Grade 7 Unit 11 What do youthink of game shows? Section B (1a-2c)[案例背景]新课标指出“本课程倡导任务型的教学模式,让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务目标,感受成功。

在学习过程中进行情感和策略调整,以形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高”。

因此,英语学习是一个合作互动学习的过程。

通过学生们的积极参与和合作,获得对语言实际运用能力的提升,小组合作学习则正是实现这种合作互动学习,达到学生语言综合运用能力提升的一种重要的教学组织形式。

在英语课堂教学中培养初中生小组合作的精神,能很好地体现学生的主体地位,能很好地调动学生参与课堂的积极性,能很好地提高课堂效率。

西方有句名言:Two heads arebetter than one. 中国也有一句古话:“三个臭皮匠顶一个诸葛亮。

”这两句话都是在说与人合作的力量。

[案例描述]《新目标英语》七年级下Unit 11 What do you think of game shows? Section B (1a-2c),这一课主要是谈论时尚的话题,在教完时尚的物品如:sunglasses 、belt、scarf、key ring 、wallet、watch 、hat等后,我给学生一个任务:Make a surveyin groups of five . Ask your classmates what分小组时,我考虑到各组成员的性别、学习水平、性格特征、智力差异等因素,根据《心理学》提倡的“组内异质,组间同质”的原则,将学生分成11个小组。

使每个小组有一个优等生、三个中等生和一个“后进生”,男、女比率相当,小组长由成绩较好、有一定的合作创新意识、口头表达能力及组织能力较强的学生担任。

小组划分完后,再由组长给每个成员分工,要设一名记录员,一名小组代表,一名报告者,但是每一个成员都应是一位发言者、一位好的听众。
