1253C泵控说明书Content目录1. Scope应用场合This specification specifies the Curtis 1253C motor speed controllers which are designed for series pump motors. Its typical applications include the hydraulic systems of material handling vehicles and other industrial vehicles.SHINGKO 1253C 电机速度控制器是为串励泵控电机而设计的。
广泛应用于液压系统的重型托盘车和其它工业车辆。
2. Description 概述1253C offers smooth, silent, cost effective motor speed and torque control according to the signals of lifting, tilt, power steering, sideward move (forward move). They will prolong the life of the motors, contactors, batteries and reduce maintenances of the systems as it greatly reduces high current impact.The output PWM can be programmed with speed select inputs SS1-SS4 and analog throttle input. So the 1253C controllers can ensure not only the lifting speed control but also the system stability and safety. These controllers are fully programmable by means of the 1311 programmer, with diagnostic and test capability. System status can also be indicated via an external LED.The 1253C controllers have completely protection functions such as current limit, reverse polarity protection, startup lockout, over voltage protection, low voltage protection, and so on.They can provide lift lockout function with Curtis meters (such as 906, 803, ENGAGE Ⅳ) when battery is deep discharger.CAN communication feature is added to the 1253C, so it can work with other CAN devices such as CAN tiller head which will greatly simplify the wiring.1253C 根据上升、下降、转向、前进信号提供了平稳、安静、有效的电机速度和扭矩控制。

1,3-二[3-(环氧乙基甲氧基)丙基]-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷的合成方进;刘秀英;潘金鹏【摘要】1,3-bis-(3-oxiranylmethoxy-propyl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-disiloxane was synthesized in mild condition via hydrosilylation reaction between1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-disiloxane and allyl glycidyl ether. Tetrahydrofuran was used as solvent and chloroplatinic acid as catalyst. The products was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and the mass spectrometry. The effects of the reaction conditions including the catalyst dosage, the reaction temperature, the solvent, the molar ratio of reactants and the reaction time on conversion rates were investigated. The molar conversion rate could reach 89.5%when the reaction conditions were as followings:the molar ratio of 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-disiloxan to allyl glycidyl ether was 1:3, the amount of the catalyst was 0.016%based on the weight of 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-disiloxan, and the reaction was stirred at 0-10℃ for 12 h in tetrahydrofuran.%采用1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和烯丙基缩水甘油醚为原料,以氯铂酸为催化剂,以四氢呋喃为溶剂,在温和条件下经硅氢加成合成了1,3-二[3-(环氧乙基甲氧基)丙基]-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷。

This current or volt-age signal is transmitted to the processing electronics via a standard 2-wire or 3-wire transmission cable. The current modulation technique allows transmis-sion over a distance of up to 1 km. A GSI galvanic separation unit is required for this configuration.The electronic circuitry of the IPC704 signal condi-tioner is incorporated into a moulded aluminium enclosure. The signal conditioner has configurablehigh-pass and low-pass filters and an optional inte-grator to give a velocity output.
