关于博士研究生在攻读学位期间发表学术论文的要求《中华人民共和国学位条例》和《中华人民共和国学位条例暂行实施办法》规定:博士学位论文应当表明作者具有独立从事科学研究工作的能力,并在科学或专门技术上做出创造性的成果。
博士研究生在攻读学位期间发表论文的数量和水平是研究生培养质量和学位授予质量的重要标志之一。
我校对博士研究生在攻读学位期间发表学术论文的基本要求如下:读学位期间发表学术论文的基本要求如下:1、数学学科在SCI 检索源期刊上至少发表两篇论文。

本规定自2006年春季入学的博士研究生开始执行。

2、物理学学科(1)光学、凝聚态物理、分子与原子物理研究方向:在物理领域的国际刊物SCI 检索源期刊上发表1-3篇论文,发表论文的影响因子之和大于3.0。
(2)粒子物理与原子核物理研究方向:在SCI 检索源期刊上发表1-3篇论文,发表论文的影响因子之和大于1.5。
发表的论文总数在4篇以上。

(3)激光雷达技术等应用研究方向:在SCI 检索源期刊和EI 检索源期刊上发表至少2篇论文,其中至少有1篇在SCI 检索源期刊发表。

3、仪器科学与技术学科发表的与本博士论文创新点密切相关的学术论文应满足以下三项基本要求之一:之一:(1)在本学科领域权威国际学术刊物上发表一篇学术论文在本学科领域权威国际学术刊物上发表一篇学术论文(见附录(见附录1-1,并包括SCI 影响因子高于附录1-1所列刊物的相关学科的学术刊物)。

40种肿瘤类SCI杂志_影响因子IF小于5_特点
美国国立癌症研究所(NCI)、疾病控制与预防中心(CDC)、美国癌症学会(ACS)、北美肿瘤登记中心联合会(NAACCR)四大权威机构联合发布的这项报告指出由中国抗癌协会主办、目前在肿瘤学院的英文杂志《Chinese Journal of Cancer Research》(中国癌症研究)被SCI和JCR正式收录。
英文杂志《Chinese Journal of Cancer Research》已于2013年1月被PubMed正式收录,该杂志于2008年已被SCI(科学引文索引)收录。
这是国内唯一一家肿瘤学英文杂志(《Chinese Journal of Cancer Research》)同时被PubMed和SCI收录4-5分多的International journal of cancer, or European journal of cancer,or Cancer.IF=7-8的肿瘤类期刊,只有Oncogene 和Cancer Research,而Cancer Research在字数和图表数以及Western结果等方面有相当近乎苛刻的要求。

2010年SCI收录机器人相关期刊
IEEE Transactions是公认的权威,绝大多数是所属领域的顶级期刊。
但是很多IEEE的标志性会议也是非常好的,比如IEEE ICRA(机器人领域顶级会议)、IEEE CDC(控制领域顶级会议)、ACC(控制领域顶级会议)等,这些会议并不比国内一些EI期刊好中。
截至到2009年2月SCI收录机器人学科期刊16种,其中2008年开始被SCI收录的机器人期刊3种,2007年开始被SCI收录的机器人期刊1种。
出版地为美国的机器人期刊4种,英国4种,荷兰4种,中国、西班牙、新加坡各1种。
中国出版的机器人期刊JOURNAL OF BIONIC ENGINEERING《仿生工程学报》为2008年5月被SCI收录。

SCI 投稿经历
今天收到邮件,我的一篇Journal of Applied Physics 论文已被接收,心情当时还是有点激动。
虽然这个杂志的影响因子不是很高,大概2.2左右吧,这也不是我的第一篇SCI论文,但回想这一年发文章的坎坎坷坷,以及亲身经历的四川大地震,心里还是有很多的感触。
这篇论文是我在2008年二月份完成的最初稿,于二月九号投到Physics Letters A上,在经历了Technical check,with editor,under review后,于三月二十号收到编辑的决定信,当时就傻了-拒稿!受打击了。
下面是编辑的信以及审稿意见,我想把它贴出来与虫友们分享,一方面我认为,通过看审稿人的意见,可以帮助大家更好地写作,提高自己的科研水平和能力,另一方面也是答谢小木虫上很多无私的虫友们,是他们将自己的投稿经历贴在网上,与大家分享,我想我没有理由不拿出来哈!同时,也希望小木虫的虫子们能继续发扬这种精神,大家同舟共济,共同提高!好了,废话说了一大堆,不说了,下面是Physics Letters A 的审稿意见:Ms. Ref. The resultsstill agree with earlier investigations using simpler phenomenologicalmodels. Since the used nextnano3 program is available since acouple of years, I wonder why this has not been done earlier.The authors emphasize an application of their results. Havingthe complete potential landshape might help, in the future,to better understand the quantized acoustoelectric current inSETSAW devices and to improve their performance.However, the authors do not show or even discuss how this canbe achieved. Therefore I believe that in the present form the paperis not suitable for publication.The authors should consider the following suggestions, questions,and remarks.1) Page 1, first paragraph'... due to the negatively applied gate voltage ...'. It is the SAWthat drives the electrons through the contact, not the gate voltage.Maybe replace this sentence by '..., depending on the applied gatevoltage'.2) Page 3, paragraph starting with 'Generally, the quantized ...''... with fixed x = 1050 nm and ...'. Skip the '.0'. One could addthat this is exactly at the center of the device.3) At the end of the same paragraph is '... once the bias is below ...'Should this not be the gate instead of the bias voltage?4) Page 4, paragraph starting with 'As we know, in the ...''... To be different from previous calculations ...' replace by'... In contrast to previous calculations ...'.5) The strongly different behaviour above and below the pinch-offvoltage is not obvious for the non-experts. All curves look moreor less the same. One could, for example, add another figure, orinsert, to show the potential height versus gate voltage.6) How do these theoretical results of potential height versus gatevoltage compare with experiments? There exists at least onereport to determine the potential height of quantum-point contactsbelow pinch-off as function of gate voltage (Gloos et al., Phys.Rev. B 73, 125326 (2006)). Possibly, one could also compare thepresent data with 3D simulations of quantum dots (Vasileska et al., Semicond. Sci. 其实说不上时间长,最大的感受是写文章一定要精益求精,抱着绝对认真的态度,老外真的是很严谨的,细致到文中参考文献出现的顺序出错都能看出来,写SCI 的过程是对自己严格历练的过程,第一篇写的很困难,接下来就容易些了,第二篇也是投的这个杂志,基本没改,3月20号就接受了。
感慨颇多,三年硕士还是小有收获的。

编辑非常认真,推荐审稿人就推荐了三次,直到一个中国人都没有了才可以。
写过一次催稿信,编辑说我推荐的六个审稿人有四个拒绝审稿,一个已经回来意见了,在等另一个。
没过几天,审稿意见就回来了,一个审稿人提了七条意见,另一个完全通过,现在想想好感激第二个审稿人呀,给了我继续下去的信心,虽然我不知道他是谁,只是从其它相关期刊上找的编委。
对第一个审稿人的意见进行了认真的回答,文章本身基本没有什么改动。
修改了一次就成功了,编辑要我加一些该杂志的参考文献,之后就是版权协议等事项了。
只是现在的状态还是ready for publication 呀,真是祈祷赶快发表呀。

摘 要 从检索路径、检索方式和符号识别等方面对 SCI、EI、ISTP 三大索引收录号的检索进行了详细说明, 并对 ISI Web of Knowledg 的新旧平台下 SCI 和 ISTP 的检索注意事项作了补充强调。

科学引文索引 ( 简称 SCI) 、工程索引( 简 称 EI ) 、 科学技术 会议录索 引 ( 简 称IST P ) 是世界公认的著名的三大索引, 被三大索引收录与否是衡量一篇论文学术水平高低的重要尺度。自 2008 年始, 各高校和科研院所在统计本单位职工所发表论文被三大索引收录情况时, 相继提出了论文在三大索引中的收录号问题。天天论文网是一个专业的学术馆式高素质论文推介平台/论文集中发表平台,天天论文网十年耕耘,和多家杂志社开通论文直通车,提高了工作效率,减少环节流程,论文能够尽快获得审稿结果,从而加快了论文发表到合适的学术期刊上进程!拥有专业的学术团队,凝聚了一批行业内资深、有活力的成员。本站工作人员拥有硕士以上学历,中级以上职称多名。另外聘几大高校的教授和博导,拥有坚强的学术交流后盾。从业人员均曾在各大期刊发表了大量的学术论文,在各自专业领域上有着出色的表现以及丰富的学术功底,他们有着高水准的审稿水平和高层次的学术渠道,更具魅力的是他们的创造力和奉献精神;工作中天天论文网和出版社也有合作,需要出书的,可以联系我们,单书单号,国家级出版社,费用优惠!也可以代办专利申请科研基金挂名等事务。天天论文网官方论文投稿杂志社直通车信箱:zzsztc@ 收录号能体现出该篇论文被收录情况的针对性和唯一性, 也具有易于统计和管理的特点, 因而被逐渐重视。但通过检索 中国学术期刊 和 中文科技期刊 两大中文数据库, 却均未发现与收录号检索相关的文献。下面笔者就谈一谈近年来对这三大索引收录号的检索心得和检索技巧, 以期对大家有所帮助。相对于 SCI 和 ISTP, EI 的收录号检索相对简单并易于识别, 而 SCI 和 ISTP 的收录号检索就相对复杂和较难识别了。1 EI 收录号的检索1. 1 EI 收录文章检索首先我们先进到 EI 数据库( Web 版) 的检索界面, 在检索论文的被收录情况时一般需要输入作者名( Author) 和作者机构名( Author aff iliat ion) , 并将年代加以限制, 为了使检索结果更为精确, 也可找杜老师论文QQ2035204840再复合一个题名( T itle) 检索, 然后点击 search 进行检索。在得到检索结果后,可进行相应的筛选, 选择出所需的条目。每一条目由文章篇名, 作者机构、来源刊物名称、年、卷、期、起止页码组成。1. 2 EI 收录号检索点击第一个单词 Abstract 可以得到该篇文章的 详 细 信 息, 如 国 际 连续 出 版 物 编 号( ISSN ) 、出版商( Publisher) 、文摘( Abstract ) 、主题词( Ei controlled terms) 和分类号( Classificat ion Code) 等。但这里面却不包含收录号, 要获取收录号还需要点击 Detailed, 这里面给出的信息更为详尽, 除以上项目外还有第一行的如:Accession number: 083211432051 和最后一行的如 DOI: 10. 1007/ 978- 3- 540- 69733- 6 7两个著录项目, 其中 DOI 是 Digital Object Ident if ier 的缩写, 表示数字对象唯一标志符,Accession number 即为我们所需要的收录号,它是由 12 位阿拉伯数字组成。1. 3 检索 EI 注意事项在 EI 收录号的检索中应该注意分清每个著录项目, 尤其是一些由字母和数字组成的代号, 如 DOI, 搞清楚它的含义, 以免与所需要的收录号混淆。2 SCI 和 IST P 中收录号的检索SCI/ IST P 由同一家数据商经营, 设在同一个检索平台 ISI Web of Knowledge 上, 所以具有完全相同的检索界面。下面以SCI 为例进行检索:2. 1 选择 SCI 和 IST P 检索首先进入到 ISI Web of Knowledge 检索平台, 选择进入 Web of Science 界面, 自 2008 年年底该平台进行改版后, SCI 和 IST P 均在该界面下进行检索, 并出现了中文检索界面, 在 引文数据库项目 下, 第一个 Science citation index为SCI 检索, 第二个Conference proceeding citat ion index 即为 IST P 检索, 可勾选进行相应的检索。2. 2 SCI 和 IST P 文章检索在检索框中输入相关的检索信息, 比如作者= Qin MH AND 地址= Shandong instlight ind, 注意, 这里的地址是指作者所在机构, 必须输入缩写词方可进一步查询, 这就要求检索者必须熟悉并正确拼写相关机构的英文名称及缩写词, 否则难以得到准确的结果。然后点击 SEARCH , 经过著者途径或主题途径等检索并筛选出所需的条目后, 点击文章篇名即可显示更详细的信息, 如文章篇名、作者机构、来源刊物名称、年、卷、期、起止页码、文章摘要等, 在这个页面下有一个如 IDS Number:266JS 的号码, 往往会使人误以为这就是论文的收录号, 其实不然, IDS Number 实际上是论文所在期刊的期刊号。要获取收录号职称相关事务咨询QQ258347976首先需要点击页面下方的输出记录部分, 选择 全记录 格式, 右面的保存项中选择保存为 HTML 格式, 然后点击 保存 ,出现处理记录的界面, 再点击 保存 , 可保存到自选的目录文件夹里。2. 3 SCI 和 IST P 收录号检索要获取收录号首先需要点击页面下方的输出记录部分, 选择 全记录 格式, 右面的保存项中选择保存为 HTML 格式, 然后点击 保存 ,出现处理、记录的界面, 再点击 保存 , 可保存到自选的目录文件夹里。其次, 打开保存的 HTML 格式网页, 或者下载完毕后直接打开保存的文件, 这时得到的是格式不同但同样包含文章篇名, 作者机构、来源刊物名称等各种详细信息的文摘条目, 但在最后增加了一个由 15 位阿拉伯数字组成的如U T ISI: 000250604100008 的记录格式, 注意此号码即为我们所需要的 SCI 收录号, 获取 IST P的方法与此完全相同。2. 4 检索 SCI、IST P 注意事项在这里还应提到的是, 在旧版的 ISI Webof K now ledge 数据库中, 因为 SCI 与 IST P 不在同一个检索界面下进行检索, ISTP 是通过 ISIProceeding 检索界面进行检索, 收录号的标识也有所区别, SCI 用UT ISI 来代表, 而 ISTP 用U T IST P 来代表, 但现在统一用 U T ISI 来表示, 只是需要注意在检索时要选择对应的数据库进行检索。综上所述, SCI、EI、ISTP 三大索引的收录号检索可归纳为两个要领: 一为牢记检索路径,二为注意符号的识别。掌握好这两个要点, 再加上多次的练习实践, 就会由 难者不会 转变为 会者不难 并熟练掌握了。

SCI论文被接收心得第一篇:杂志:Talanta(2.8分)RecEived at Editorial Office: 18-SEP-2007Article revised: 15-JAN-2008Article accepted for publication: 18-JAN-2008专业:生物分析化学类说起这篇文章,可是让我痛苦了一整年,实验很多,做的很辛苦,数据相对繁多,由于这是我第一篇文章,写作方面也是摸石头过河,逐句的模仿.为了写这篇文章,我仔细研读了该领域的大约100篇文献,对别人写的好的句子,类似的句子都做了标记,在写作的过程中想起要表达什么意思的时候马上随时翻阅,这样下来,每天写一小段,有时候甚至每天就写那么几小句,大约一个月后,我发现一篇包含abstract,intrduction,experiment,results and discussion初稿居然完成了.初稿完成后,放了大约个把星期不管,接着做其他的实验,待一个星期过后再来研读,发现文章写的错误百出,句子连贯性,逻辑性,以及整篇文章的通读性都很差,于是又是仔细研读别人的论文,学习再学习,每天读一点,回头看看自己的文章,再改一点,又是将近个把月,一篇有模有样的初稿出现了,这时候我迫不极待的想把文章投出去了,于是放了两三天后,写了个cover letter,花了一晚上时间(想必应该也有人花一整个晚上在Elsevier投稿系统上的痛苦经历吧),把稿件投向了一个本领域的分析杂志.稿件投出去大概半个月,收到了主编的信,主编认为我能回答他的问题,以及按他的意见修改就可能出版.可能是经验欠缺,我在收到信后的一个星期,就把修改稿返回了过去,对其中的提到的不足和问题我只是在文章中引用了其他一些文献和做了自己的说明,显然,这样的举动在主编和认为是很不认真的,过了一个月后,收到了Final Decision,那就是拒绝了.Dear ***,On behalf of the editor handling your manuscript, I am writing to you in reference to your manuscript entitled:************I regret to have to inform you that your manuscript is not suitable for publication in ***. In this work, the magnetic beads-based TRAP-ECL assay was found to be a rapid and very sensitive (c.a. 100 fold increase in sensitivity) method to detect telomerase activity in tumor cells, as compared with the conventional TRAP method. This is an important work for the developed novel TRAP-ECL assay may become a first line assay for clinical diagnosis and prognosis of cancer. Additionally, the paper was organized and presented well, and literatures were cited adequately. I recommend publication after minor revisions.Additional Comments:1. A previous important work by Miao and Bard (Anal. Chem. 2004, 76, 5379-5386) on magnetic beads-based ECL for DNA detection should becited.2. The words ?about 100 fold lower than that ? (page 6, line2) should be changed to ?about 100 fold higher than that ?.审稿人很认同我的工作,小小的修改,哪要10天,个把小时就可以完成啊.就这样很快的完成了修改,第二天就接到了录用通知.心里那是相当的高兴的.小小的总结:1英文写作:两篇文章全部是由我一个人操刀写成,期间除了第一篇文章找一位老师改了几个句子,能够得到发表,说明最终英文的写作还是达标了.我的心得那就是模仿,没错,看别人怎么写,再套用,说实话,我们自己写的句子有几句能信的过呢?说到模仿,那也必须阅读过大量的文献,当你写作卡住的时候,你得想得到我在哪里看到过类似的句子才行.我前后看过的文献大概有200篇左右.2投稿杂志的选择:从我的经历来看,显然并不能以自己的主观想法为信条,有时候你认为好的,适合的杂志显然并不适合你,当然,这不一定是你的文章不适合某某杂志,更可信的理由是你的稿件恰好不适合某个审稿人的胃口.3非常认真的对待审稿人的意见:尽可能详细的回答审稿人的问题,那怕是你自己认为都写的有点罗嗦了都没关系.审稿人是有感情的嘛.。
IF值的含义
影响因子一、什么是IF?影响因子(impact factor, IF)是一个国际上通行的期刊评价指标,由E.加菲尓德于1972年提出。
由于它是一个相对统计量,克服大小期刊由于载文量不同所带来的偏差,所以可相对公平地评价和处理各类期刊。
二、IF是怎样计算出来的哪?具体算法是将某期刊前两年发表的论文在统计当年的被引用总次数除以该期刊在前两年内发表的论文总数。
公式:影响因子(Impact Factor)=(该刊前两年发表论文在统计当年被引用的总次数)/ (该刊前两年发表论文总数)举例:某期刊2008年影响因子的计算:本刊2007年的文章在2008年的被引次数:96 本刊2007年的发文量:374 本刊2006年的文章在2008年的被引次数:256 本刊2006年的发文量:308 本刊2006-2007的文章在2008年的被引次数总计:352 本刊2006-2007年的发文量总计:682 本刊2008年的影响因子:0.5161 = 352÷682 三、IF的意义?该指标是相对统计值,一般来说,影响因子越大,其学术影响力和作用也越大。
从20世纪80年代,期刊把影响因子作为期刊所追求的主要目标,甚至是期刊生存唯一的目标,并有许多人把它赋予了更多的内涵。
但影响因子仅是评估期刊的重要参数之一,并不是对论文质量、期刊质量进行有效评价的唯一标准。
目前还没有一个完善的分析期刊学术质量及论文学术水平的评价体系,单独用影响因子评价期刊和论文的质量,某种意义上是对期刊、作者、论文水平评价的一种误导。
四、有关IF的思考正确引用相关参考文献是对前人、他人劳动成果的尊重,是遵守实事求是的原则和严谨的科学态度。
但应该引起专家、作者极大关注的是,一方面是有的期刊为了达到提高影响因子的目的,在参考文献条数的来源上大做文章,有的研究性论文甚至只有寥寥几条参考文献;另一方面,虽然专家在期刊上发表了大量的论文,但被引用率却比较低,就连专家本人也不去引用,这只能说明其论文学术水平和在本学科专业的影响力还不够。
