一、内容PEP小学五年级英语上册unit1 What’s he like?能听、说、读、写本单元的四会单词;会运用本单元主要句;初步认识陈述句和一般疑问句;有兴趣听、说英语,唱歌谣,讲故事,做游戏等。
三、内容分析本单元重点学习人物体貌特征和个性语言,重点学习的句型是:Who’s your… teacher? What’s he like? Is she…? Yes, she is /No, she isn’t.这单元主要描写的人物体貌特征,所以我们可以让孩子对所认识的老师进行描述。
四、学情分析五(1)班班大人多,他们活泼可爱、勤奋好学,虽然英语基础不是很好,但是对英语感到好奇,而且都有着十分浓厚的兴趣。
因此,我确立的学习目标如下:五、学习目标1、能力目标:(1)能够简单描述自己教师的体貌特征及性格特点,如:We have a new P.E. teacher. He’s tall and strong. He’s very funny.(2)能够询问并介绍学校里教师的情况,如:Who’s your Chinese teacher? What’s she like?Sh e’s very kind.(3)能够听懂一些描述人物特征的简单对话,完成学生用书中的Let’s try 部分。
(4)能够听懂、会唱歌曲Who’s your teacher?.能够灵活替换歌词中的科目及表示人物特征的形容词。
2、知识目标(1)理解A、B部分Let’s talk 中的对话,并能角色扮演对话。
(2)听、说、读、写A、B部分Let’s learn 和Read and write 中的四会单词和句子。
(3)理解Ask and answer、Match and say、Let’s check等部分的内容。
(4)了解Let’s spell部分的字母组合在单词中的发音,并能熟练读出例词。
(5)了解Story time部分的内容。

五上Unit 1 What’s he like? 单元解读一、单元信息二、教材分析本单元学习的主题是介绍人物外貌或性格特征。
分为主情景图和ABC三个部分。
主情景图通过Miss White向新同学Oliver介绍班级中的同学及教室外陈杰与John谈论他们的新老师这两个场景,呈现本单元要学习的部分核心词汇和句型。
A部分Let's try:本活动是针对本单元核心句型Is he...?Yes,he is.而设计的听力活动,旨在使学生能够借助图片听懂简短对话,抓住关键信息,提高听的能力。
对于听力材料中出现的新单词strict,教师可以请学生猜测词义,并初步感知它的读音。
Let's talk:本部分学习的核心句型是:Is he young/funny?及其答语:Yes,he is./No,he isn't.还有情境语:Do you know Mr Young?及其答语:No,I don't.教材通过吴一凡向Oliver描述他们的音乐老师Mr Young的情景,让学生感知上述句型的语义及语用情景。
Let's learn:本部分学习的单词是:old,young,funny,kind,strict五个描述人物年龄和性格特点的形容词。
教材通过张鹏向新同学Oliver介绍各位任课教师的情景,呈现了单词的词形和意义。
Ask and answer:本活动用于操练A Let's learn板块的五个单词,并增加听、读head teacher,使学生在实际运用中掌握单词和句型。
Let's spell:Let's spell板块分为Read,listen and chant;Listen,number and say以及Listen,write and say 三部分。
第一部分呈现了字母y在词尾发/i/音的发音规则;第二部分通过听力活动帮助学生进一步感知并巩固y 在词尾的发音,并通过刚刚学过的语音知识,辨认和朗读符合发音规则的单词;第三部分则通过听句子写单词活动,帮助学生综合运用自然拼读法拼写单词,并通过抄写句子的活动培养学生在单线上写句子的能力和良好的书写习惯。
