The fourth period

教学设计

前十分钟为复习时间，以Talk together为练习的载体，强化学生的功能句问答。后三十分钟为新授时间。学生看图回答问题，猜测书信内容，然后填写空白，学生一起读，之后，用回答问题的方式来检测学生的理解。带学生有了一定的基础之后，教师给学生三分钟左右时间小组准备自己的家庭，最后找一两名学生表述。

教学目标知识目标：

1、能正确了解书信内容；

2、能正确填写出所缺词汇；

3、能仿写一段家庭文章；

4、通过处理来巩固本课功能句；

教学重点培养学生仿写句子教学用具磁带,录音机

2. T introduces the picture and ask questions: Can you guess ： 1) Who’s he / she?

2) Who is taller / younger / shorter / older, A or B?

3) Who is tallest / youngest / shortest / oldest?

3. Ss fill in the blanks. Then Ss check together.

4. Ss read the letter together.

5. T ask some questions:

1) How many sisters/ brothers has jenny?

2) What’s her brother’s name? 3) Where is Jim?

4) Who is heavier, Jenny or older
