微电子学与固体电子学专业攻读硕士学位研究生
培养方案(二)*
(*注:本方案适用于在上海大学微电子中心招生和培养的研究生)
一、培养目标
微电子学和微电子技术是一门将电子器件和电子系统微小化和集成化的科学技术,它是电子学的新分支和新领域,近年来正从大规模、超大规模集成电路向着集成系统的方向发展。
本专业主要从事大规模、超大规模集成电路及专用集成电路和集成系统的研究、设计、开发和应用,集成电路的计算机辅助设计和测试方法学研究,以及一般电子技术、计算机应用技术及与微电子密切相关的器件、电路与系统技术研究等。
培养学生既有本学科坚实的理论基础,又有广阔的知识视野和较强的科研创新能力。
为高等院校、科研单位、IC产业及相关领域培养相应的高层次科研和管理人才。
二、学习年限和学分
硕士研究生的学习年限为二年半至三年。
硕士研究生课程学习应至少取得48个学分。
三、主要研究方向
1.超大规模集成电路与系统的设计、测试和应用
2.器件物理、器件模型和微电子机械系统
四、课程设置和培养计划
课程设置及其学分见附表。
研究生入学后,应在中心统筹安排和导师指导下完成培养计划的制定,并报学位评定分委员会批准。
五、论文工作
硕士学位论文工作,是培养研究生掌握科研方法和独立进行科研能力的重要环节。
学位论文是评判其学术水平和科研能力的重要依据。
特规定如下。
1.学位论文的基本要求:应在导师指导下由研究生本人独立完成。
对所研究的课题有新见解或新成果,并对社会或本学科发展有一定意义。
表明作者有坚实宽广的理论基础和系统的专业知识,有独立工作和科研创新能力。
学位论文工作时间应在一年以上。
2.学位论文的选题要求:选题要具有先进性,课题工作量和难易程度要适当,尽量结合科研任务和实际条件,在一定期限内取得结果。
应在导师指导下,在第一学年末制定学位论文工作计划,并结合自己的基础和特长,积极开展课题研究工作,做好文献专题报告、论文开题报告和论文阶段报告,独立完成学位论文。
3.开题报告等要求:开题报告一般应在课程学习结束并取得规定学分后的第四、五学期内完成。
篇幅在5000字左右,内容包括:选题意义、研究内容、研究方法、进度安排等(主要参考文献不少于30篇)。
开题报告应为公开报告,应邀请本学科的师生等参加,要
听取各方面的意见并通过专家评议。
由本学科三名以上教授、副教授组成审查小组,做好审题工作。
未通过者须在两个月内重作,仍不能通过者终止培养。
开题报告用A4纸打印,并填写“上海大学硕士学位研究生学位论文开题报告”一式两份,由导师写出综合评议意见,并按规定程序审批,通过后即可进入论文工作阶段,且原则上不能再随意改题。
另外,在开题报告前和课题研究中,应通过书面和口头两种形式,进行文献专题报告一至二次。
4.学位论文实行答辩前双盲送审制度,应注重创新性、学术性、正确性和应用性。
当专家对论文质量有异议时,该论文应在修改补充后再次送审。
论文答辩按《上海大学学位授予工作细则》进行。
在申请学位之前,至少在国内外核心期刊上发表与学位论文相关的学术论文一篇;或有一项专利证明或一项经省部级以上(含省部级)主持鉴定、验收的科研成果(排序前五名)。
六、综合素质和能力培养
1.重视研究生思想政治素质、创新能力、解决问题能力和语言表达能力的培养。
2.加强实践能力培养。
研究生除专业实践之外,还须参加各种形式的教学实践,也可参加社会调研、科技开发等活动。
实践能力培养可与助教、助研、助管等工作相结合。
实践环节应在第五学期之前完成,为中期考核内容之一。

The Program for Microelectronics and Solid-state Electronics Students Working for Master’s Degree(2)
1. Training orientations
Microelectronics and microelectronic technology is a scientific technology of making electronic parts and electronic system much smaller and more integrated. The specialty is a new branch and field in electronics, which is developing towards the system integration from LSI and VLSI.
The specialty focuses on the research, design, development and application of LSI , VLSI, ASIC and system integration, concentrates on the research about the CAD and the test methodology of IC, and the research about the application of general electronic and computer technology.
The specialty aims to train students with solid theoretical fundament, broad knowledge ken and scientific research ability and nurtures senior talents for scientific research and management to sever universities, IC industry and concerned fields.
2. the duration for the program and the required credit points
The number of the years for the program lasts two and a half year. The credit points for the master’s degree are at least 48 points.

Upon enrollment, graduates are to work out the training formula within one month before submitting to the Academic Degree Appraisal Board for approval.
5. Scientific research and thesis
Theses for master's degree constitute a vital part in nurturing graduates' scientific approach towards research work and the competence to undertake research work independently. These academic theses intended for master's degree, serve as an important yardstick to assess the applicants' academic level and research expertise. Requirements are set out as listed below to ensure that the theses are well up to the standard.

Be creative and innovative in the research task with notable implications in promoting socialist construction and the subject advancement both in terms of theory and practice. Be indicative of the author's solid and systematic mastery of fundamental theory and specialized knowledge with competence to engage in scientific research or undertake technical work independently. The availability of one year or longer is ensured for the master's degree thesis once the task is set in motion.
2.The academic theme should be up-to-date and achievable through adequate efforts. In light of the objective circumstances and the available funds, the academic theme should evolve around the state, province or city-level scientific undertakings with a fruitful prospect within a fixed span of time.

3. Requirements on the preliminary conference
The preliminary conference takes place in the fourth and fifth term after students acquire required credit points. The report to be announced in the preliminary conference covers the source, aims and implications of the theme, research approaches and measures to be adopted and the time-table. It has about 5,000 words and at least 30 main reference literature.
The preliminary conference is open to teachers and students of the subject. The preliminary conference is to be assessed by at least 3 professors with associate-professor titles or above. Those who fail to pass the assessment have to rehold the preliminary conference. If refailing to pass the assessment, the students will be stopped going on their training.
The academic reports should be printed in standard-sized carbon paper. The SU Preliminary Report for Academic Degrees are to be filled out in duplicates. Upon the completion of the preliminary conference, tutors give their comprehensive evaluation in a written form before going through the stipulated procedure for assessment. After the report is examined and approved, the work on the thesis is fully under way. Postgraduates are required to make academic lectures once or twice in both written and oral forms prior to the preliminary report and in the course of academic research.
4. The thesis for academic degree is to be assessed by both Shanghai municipal and the university academic- degree management office in light of dual-sampling apprisal. Theses should be characterized with creativity professionalism, authenticity and pragmatics.
The thesis defence will be undergone in light of the Shanghai University Academic Degree-conferring Detailed Codes. Each graduate is required to have at least a degree-related academic thesis published in the overseas key journals or domestic core journals, or achieve a patent invention or an important result (in the rank of top five) as assessed and confirmed by provincial and ministry-level departments.
6. The qualities and competence in an over-all way
1. Due emphasis is laid upon the fostering of postgraduates' political awareness(particularly the spirit of dedication, commitment and tem-work), innovation, problem-solving ability and excellent paperwork.
2. Practical skills cannot be overemphasized. Postgraduates should put a high premium on their practical skills in their relevant field in addition to various teaching practices. They can have broad access to social activities such as scientific research, designs, investigation, counselling, technical exploration and services. Assistant teaching, research and administration are organically integrated to foster graduates' practical abilities. Graduates are classified as "pass" or "fail" in the assesssment. Internship courses constitute the mid-term assessment to be completed prior to the
5th term.
