I went to a restaurant with my friends last night. We were all hungry and excited to try some new dishes. The waiter came over and asked us what we wanted to order. I asked him what the specials were for the night.
Waiter: "Our specials tonight include the grilled salmon with a side of asparagus and mashed potatoes, as well as the chicken parmesan with a side of spaghetti."
Me: "Hmm, those both sound delicious. I think I'll go with the grilled salmon."
My friend: "I'll have the chicken parmesan."
Waiter: "Great choices. And for you, sir?"
Another friend: "I think I'll try the shrimp scampi."
Waiter: "Excellent. And for the table, would you like
to start with an appetizer?"
Me: "Yes, we'll have the garlic bread and the spinach and artichoke dip."
After placing our order, we sat back and chatted while we waited for our food to arrive. When it did, we were all impressed with the presentation and taste. The waiter came back to check on us and we all gave him a thumbs up.
