红藤方治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效观察#

【摘要】目的：探讨红藤方治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。

方法：选取2011年1月到2012年3月来我院就诊的卵巢型子宫内膜异位症患者30例，以
戴德英教授拟定的红藤方加减，观察治疗前后临床症状体征、CA125及囊肿缩小
情况。

结果：治疗前后临床症状体征明显改善，以痛经及肛坠症状的改善最为显著，卵巢囊肿缩小总有效率为82.14%，其中明显缩小18例，占64.28%。

经红藤方
治疗显效14例，占46.67%；有效15例，占50%；无效1例，占3.3%，总有
效率为96.7%。

结论：红藤方在治疗卵巢型子宫内膜异位症方面疗效确切，在控
制卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿大小方面功效明显。

%Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Hongteng Decoction in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis. Methods:A total of 2011 Jan to 2012 Mar to our hospital for treatment of ovarian endometrial endometriosis patients 30 cases,to develop Daide Ying prof.of Hongteng Decoction were observed before
and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs,CA125 and cyst
size.Results:Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs were significantly improved,and the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and anal symptoms improved significantly,the total effective rate was 82.14%, which was significantly reduced in 18 cases,accounting for 64.28%.The collected patients showed 14 cases,accounting for 46.67%; 15 cases were
effective,accounting for 50%; 1 cases were ineffective,accounting for
3.3%,the total effective rate was 96.7%.Conclusion:Hongteng in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis has exact curative effect,and have great effect on ovarian endometriosis cyst size control.
