1、形容词比较级II(1)比较级变化规则：部分双音节形容词
和多音节形容的比较级是在形容词前加more。

(2)结构：more+形
容词原级+than+比较级对象。

例如：This coat is more expensive than that one、这件外套比那件贵。

(3)形容词比较
级变化口诀：比较级要变化，一般词尾加-er。

词尾若有哑音e,直接加r就可以。

一辅重读闭音节，辅音字母要双写。

辅音字母加y, 要把y改i。

形容词若是多音节, 只把more在形容词前面写。

2、副词副词是用以修饰动词、形容词以及其他副词的词或整
个句子，表示时间、地点、程度、方式等概念。

这时主要讲述方
式副词和程度副词。

(1)方式副词一般是以-ly结尾的，是由形容
词加上-ly构成。

一般说来，方式副词是用来说明动词，一般放在动词之后。

例如：We should get up early and go to bed
early、我们应该早睡早起。

(2)用来修饰形容词或副词的程度副词，放在形容词或副词之前。

常见的程度副词有very, too, quite, so等。

例如：He does his homework quite carefully、他作业做得相当认真。

【辨析】
join与take part in(1)join 动词“加入”，其宾语往往是组织、团体。
