句型破译

have + n. + to do 表示“有…要…。
”如:I'll have lots to eat and drink today.
You shouldn't worry about not having breakfast. 那你就用不着为没有早饭吃而发愁了。
worry about sth./ (not) doing sth. 表示为(干)某事而担
心。
I 'm worrying about my ability to do all the extra work. 同样有worry to do sth. 担心干某事。
Mr. Wu spends a lot of time explaining things to us. 吴老师花很多时间给我们说明情况。
spend 金钱 / 时间 on sth.;spend 金钱/时间(in时间/ on金钱)doing sth. 用于花时间或金钱做某事。
The sign says “No smoking here!”标牌上面写着,“这儿禁止吸烟”。
报纸、杂志、牌子、广告等上写着内容常用It says,“...”The … says that…. He has just found a wallet lying on the ground. 他刚发现地面上有一个钱包。
“发现某人/某物在干某事”用find sb. / sth. doing sth.句型。

cloned是clone的分词形容词,作定语修饰sheep,有被动含义。

would like / love to do sth.婉转说明愿意做某事。

Since 所引导的状语从句常表示显而易见的原因。
wouldn’t / don’t mind sb.(宾格) / one’s(物主代词)doing sth.用以表示“不反对某人干某事”,mind (sb./ one’s) doing sth.用以表示“不同意(某人)干某事”。
语法要点
1. It is / was +adj + of sb. to do…“某人干某事,真是…”。
句中表语形容词常表示某人的性格特征。
如: It's silly of you not to forgive others for their mistakes. 常见的形容词还有:good, kind, nice, clever, careful, rude, wise, foolish, selfish, careless, honest, generous …。
句中的it为形式主语,动词不定式为真实主语。
该句型和It is / was +adj + for sb. to do…“对某人来说,干某事是…。
”句型容易混淆。
该句中表语形容词常表示对某人做某事的重要性、必要性、难度等的看法。
如:It’s necessary for a teacher to make friends with their students. 句中常用的形容词有:hard, difficult, easy, important, interesting, necessary, impossible, right,…。
2. Sb. + be +adj. + enough to do...“某人够…能做某事”。
该句型是人们根据某人特性对他是否会干某事的判断。
句中表语形容词表示品性特征,enough修饰形容词,放在被修饰词的后面,如:careful enough / patient enough……,形容词前不用very,quite,too等副词来修饰。
