神经内科患者应用留置导尿管临床护理体会

【摘要】目的：分析神经内科留置导尿管患者的临床护理体会。

方法将2015年9月~2016年9月我院神经内科收治的90例留置导尿管患者纳入研究，随机分为
常规组和观察组，各45例。

常规组患者实施饮食护理、生活护理、病情观察等常规护理，观察组实施针对性预防措施，对比两组临床疗效。

结果观察组的尿路感染、漏尿发生率明显较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论对神经内科留置尿管者实施针对性预防护理措施，能够有效降低漏尿、尿路感染的发生
率。

%Objective To analyze the clinical nursing experience of patients with indwelling catheter in neurology department. Methods 90 cases of indwelling catheter from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into routine group and observation group, each group had 45 cases. Routine nursing care, life care, observation of disease observation and other routine nursing, the observation group was implemented in the observation group, compared with two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The incidence of urinary tract infection and urinary leakage in the observation group was significantly lower than that
in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the Department of Neurology, the implementation of targeted preventive care measures, can effectively reduce the incidence of leakage of urine, urinary tract infection.
