【摘要】Current Chinese hotel industry is especially high-star hotel facing serious dififculties, the article that hotel development model needs to be reformed. The article cited the current oversupply of industry operators, the decline in proiftability, operating dififculties unsustainable, so the hotel staff wage costs overwhelmed, and government received a substantial decline in consumer demand significant changes, employing the old concept of operations, cannot adapt to new market changes and other negative factors. Meanwhile, the hotel industry is also facing a number of opportunities, including domestic per capita GDP continues to grow strong boost consumer the ability to upgrade and improve transportation infrastructure to expand the hotel market space, so that a new pattern of consumer attitudes updates and other domestic traveling by car, the article analyzes build domestic hotel development version 3.0 the main content, and separately from the basic requirements, in the form of requirements, the core requirements, power requirements and technology requirements set forth ifve areas.%当前中国酒店业尤其高星级酒店面临严重困境，文章认为酒店的发展模式需要改革。

文章列举了行业经营现供过于求，盈利能力下降，经营难以为继的困境，员工工资成本使酒店不堪重负，而政务接待大幅下
降，消费需求出现明显变化，从业人员经营观念陈旧，不能适应市场的新变化等不利因素。

同时，酒店业发展也面临若干机遇，包括国内人均GDP持续增长强力助推居民消费能力升级，交通基础设施的改进扩大了酒店的市场空间，消费观念更新促使国内自驾游等新模式的发展，文章详细分析了构建国内酒店发展3.0版的主要内容，并分别从基本要求、形式要求、内核要求、动力要求和科技要求五个方面阐述。
