垂直缝 vertical joint
面板分块形成的竖向永久接缝。位于面板拉伸区的接缝称张性垂直缝,位于面板压缩区的接缝称压 性垂直缝(见图3.0.1)。 3.0.3
施工缝 construction joint
面板或趾板因施工需要或其他原因形成的接缝(见图3.0.1)。 3.0.4
防浪墙结构缝 structural joint of parapet wall
止水带 waterstop
是指具有特定形状的、全部或部分浇捣于混凝土中的、起止水和抗绕渗作用的带材。其材质可以是 铜、不锈钢、PVC以及橡胶(天然或合成)等。 3.0.8
塑性填料 plastic sealer

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准。 3.0.1
周边缝 perimetric joint
面板与趾板、趾墙之间的接缝(见图3.0.1)。 3.0.2
1范 围
本标准规定了混凝土面板堆石坝的接逢止水技术要求。 本标准适用于水电水利工程中1、2、3级和高度50m以上的4、5级混凝土面板堆石坝,其它面板坝 可参照使用。 对于坝高200m以上的混凝土面板堆石坝,或有特殊情况和要求的混凝土面板堆石坝,其接缝止水的 结构型式、构造、止水材料和施工,应进行专门研究。

防渗保护盖片 antiseepage protective sheet
用于塑性填料表面,密封和保护塑性填料,均匀传递水压力,辅助其发挥止水作用的片状材料,宜 选用三元乙丙橡胶等耐老化性能好材料制作。一种是在内侧涂覆上塑性止水材料,以保证防渗盖片的抗 渗性能和自身与混凝土的粘结性能;另一种是在内侧不涂覆塑性止水材料,但施工时需做好自身与塑性 填料、混凝土的粘结。

前言
本标准是根据《国家发展改革委办公厅关于印发2005年行业标准项目计划的通知》(发改办工业 [2005]739号文)的要求修订的。
本次修订主要是在DL/T 5115-2000《混凝土面板堆石坝接缝止水技术规范》的基础上,总结了国内 外目前已建面板坝工程的实践经验,对面板坝接缝止水的结构、材料、施工及质量控制标准进行了修订, 充分反映了当前面板坝止水结构的最新技术水平。同时,结合DL/T 949-2005《水工建筑物塑性嵌缝密 封材料技术标准》和DL/T 5215-2005《水工建筑物止水带技术规范》的规定,提出了面板坝接缝止水材 料的性能标准和测试方法。

本标准对DL/T 5115-2000《混凝土面板堆石坝接缝止水技术规范》修订的主要内容如下: 1、 增加了规范性引用文件; 2、 补充了部分术语和定义; 3、 补充了总则的内容; 4、 将原规范6.1的内容列入本标准的总则中(见4.0.3、4.0.4、4.0.5); 5、 明确了铜止水带、不锈钢止水带、PVC止水带、橡胶止水带的技术性能指标,同时明确了试验 方法; 6、 明确了塑性填料的技术性能指标,同时明确了性能测试方法; 7、 增加了防渗保护盖片的技术指标和性能测试方法。 本标准与 DL/T 5016、DL/T 5128 配套使用。 本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出 本标准由电力行业水电施工标准化技术委员会归口并负责解释。 本标准主要起草单位:中国水电顾问集团华东勘测设计研究院
