I’m really frustrated.

What’s going on with you?
A : I didn’t get along well with my classmates.
It seems that they don’t like me at all.
B: oh, I see.
Maybe you make a bad first impression on them.
A : oh no! What should I do? I don’t want go on like this··
What contributes to a good first impression you think?
B: Let me see.
First, you should be polite and show your kindness.
Smiling is the key to making friends!
A: I did! But I was too shy to smile naturally and friendly at the first day, because we aren’t familiar with each other.
B: Such being this case , I suggest you to get more using proper gestures and keeping eye contact when chatting with others in your later date ,such as hanging their arms, holding their hands. It can make you more friendly .
A: I got it! The first impression is so important！Maybe, from the beginning I should pay more attention to it. But now….
B: Don’t worry about it, my friend.

when they look for a job? A: Hey,----,do you think what is the consideration when people look for job?
B: Well, in my opinion, most of people take the payment at the first place, because payment can meet their material needs, high payment is more attractive. Indeed,
sometimes, life is built on the basis of it.
A: All right, I think no one is willing to accept a job without payment or with low payment. At the same time, working condition is one of the factors which also should not be ignored.
A good wor king condition is beneficial for a person’s development both in mind and body.
B: Y es, A relaxed condition can make high spirit and reduce tiredness. So, many people prefer to hunt a job which was worked in an office.
A: En~hng, my mother always tells me that she hope me to work in a office in the future, if so, she would feel relieved.
B: Well, my parents suggest me to find a job which is more convenient for my transportation between home and the place of work.
A: Oh! I see, traffic jams may make a person so tired and in difficult position.
B: Exactly, as my family says: security is the most important thing whenever and whatever you do.
A: Well, Family never allows you to work hard to earn money without thinking your own’s safety .

Do you think you are a successful person?
B:Oh, successful?me? you make me shy！
Actually i t’s hard to answer.
It depends on how you define success.
A：OkOk, let’s talk about others. Do you think Bill Gate is a successful man?
B：Well, maybe in many person’s eyes, money is everything, and Bill Gate possessed much money, so he is thought the sign of success.
A:Y es ,many people think that success is to gain fame and make a lot of money. But I don’t think so.
B：oh? How do you define success?
A: Anyway , in my view, success is to have a nice family and earn other’s respect and love. Though some people are poor, they have a harmonious family and live a happy life.
I think they really comprehend the true meaning of life.
B: Y es I agree with you. It’s obvious that Xietingfeng and Zhangbaizhi aren’t successful. Because they failed to continue their marriage at last even though they have earned a lot of money.
A:Eng ~~Now, can you share your opinion about success with me ?
B:Well, in my opinion, success is quite simple.
When I realized the daily plan which I made by myself and have been a better man, I feel myself a successful person. Just like T ony who was introduced in our lesson.
