中医辨证治疗小儿功能性便秘的效果观察

【摘要】Objective To investigate treatment approach and its efficacy of dialectical and traditional chinese medicine in treatment of children patients with functional constipation. Methods We chose 35 children patients with functional constipation who were treated in hospital from September 2013 to November 2014 and separated them into two groups
at random. Twenty-three patients in study group were given dialectical
and traditional chinese medicine treatment,while 12 patients in control group were given medilac-vita medicine treatment and then observed and compared patients’recovery condition of these two groups after treatment. Results The treatment efficacy in study group was up to 95.65%; while,treatment efficacy in control group was 75.0%,there was a differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Dialectical and traditional chinese medicine treatment is conducive to relieving children patients’c onstipation symptom quickly;it
is of efficacy and safety in treatment of children patients with functional constipation.%目的：探究小儿功能性便秘患者采用中医辨证治疗的方法和效果。

方法选取2013年9月～2014年11月收治的35例小儿功能性便秘患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组23例患者选择中医辨证治疗，对照组12例患者选择妈咪爱治
疗，对比患者治疗后身体症状的恢复情况。

结果实验组患者治疗有效率为95.65%，对照组患者治疗有效率为75.0%。

两组患者的治疗效果差异有统计学意义
（P<0.05）。

结论小儿功能性便秘患者采用中医辨证治疗，可迅速缓解便秘症状，效果显著，安全性较高。
