Before the reform, I was working as a teacher in a public school. The workload was heavy, and the pay was low.
I had to work overtime almost every day to prepare lessons and grade papers. The students were also under a lot of pressure to perform well on exams, and they often complained about the lack of creativity and fun in the classroom.
After the reform, I switched to a private school that emphasized student-centered learning and personalized instruction. The class sizes were smaller, and the curriculum was more flexible.
