I recently had a physical examination at the hospital. The doctor checked my height, weight, blood pressure, and heart rate. He also took a blood sample for testing.
The results showed that my height and weight are within the normal range for my age and gender. My blood pressure and heart rate were also normal, which is good news. However, the blood test revealed that my cholesterol levels are slightly high. The doctor advised me to watch my diet and exercise more to lower my cholesterol.
During the examination, the doctor also checked my eyesight and hearing. He found that my vision is slightly impaired, so he recommended that I get glasses. As for my hearing, it is within the normal range, which is a relief.
In addition to the physical examination, the doctor also asked me about my medical history and any symptoms I may have been experiencing. I told him about my occasional
headaches and stomachaches. He prescribed some medication for the headaches and suggested that I keep a food diary to track my stomachaches.
Overall, the physical examination went well, and I'm grateful for the thorough check-up. I will follow the doctor's advice and take better care of my health.。
