【 Abstract】 Objective To investigate the generation probability of panel reaction antibody（ PRA）following kidney and liver transplantation. Methods 371 kidney transplantation and 82 liver transplantation patients were available for PRA detection with ELISA kit.（ GTI，USA）. The kidney and liver transplantations were performed during Oct 2007 to Dec 2009 and Jan 2012 to Mar 2014 respectively. Results In the 371
【 摘要】 目的 研究肾移植和肝移植术后患者抗 HLA 抗体产生几率。方法 研究对象为首都医科大学附属北京 友谊医院 2007 年 10 月至 2009 年 12 月的肾移植患者 371 例和 2012 年 1 月至 2014 年 3 月肝移植术后患者 82 例。采用 美国莱姆德公司和 GTI 公司提供的酶联免疫吸附试验（ ELISA）法检测肾移植患者群体反应性抗体。结果 371 例肾移 植患者中，29 例患者 PRA 阳性，占 7. 82％ ，342 例患者 PRA 阴性，占 92. 18％ 。29 例 PRA 阳性患者中 7 例抗 HLA - I 例 抗体阳性患者，5 例抗 HLA - II 例抗体阳性患者，17 例抗 HLA - I ＋ II 例抗体阳性患者。82 例肝移植患者中，7 例患者 PRA 阳性，占 8. 54％ ；75 例患者 PRA 阴性，占 91. 46％ 。7 例 PRA 阳性患者中 1 例抗 HLA - I 例抗体阳性患者，4 例抗 HLA - II 例抗体阳性患者，2 例例抗 HLA - I ＋ II 例抗体阳性患者。肾移植术后与肝移植术后抗体产生率无统计学意义 （ χ2 = 0. 576，P ﹥ 0. 05）。结论 肾移植与肝移植术后抗 HLA 抗体产生几率无显著差异。
