【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and provide the basis for the clinical treatment of these disorders. Methods In this paper we selected 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease since February 2014 to February 2015. 40 cases were divided into the control group using conventional treatment. 40 cases were divided into the study group, injected compound Salvia and injection. Results After treatment in the control group, the total effective rate was 90%, the total effective rate was 95%in treatment group. Study group than the control group was statistical y
significant(P<0.05)between the two groups. Conclusion Danshen injection and astragalus injection treatment has good clinical effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema. It has a very important significance for improving the cure rate of patients and reduce the patient's pain.%目的：探究临床上对于慢性阻塞性肺气肿的治疗方法，为此类疾病的临床治疗提供依据。

方法选取我科室自2014年2月～2015年2月收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者为研究对象，分为40例对照组，采用常规治疗方法，40例研究组采用注射复方丹参和黄芪注射液，对比分组两组患者的临床治疗效果。

结果对照组在经过治疗之后，总治疗有效率为90％；治疗组治疗一段时间之后，总有效率为95％。

研究
组优于对照组，组间比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论采用注射复方丹参和黄芪注射液的方法治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床效果好，对于提高患者的痊愈率，减少患者的病痛有重要意义。
