区域土地生态安全演化研究--以永州市为例

【摘要】Based on the literature review of evaluation methods of regional land ecological security,Yongzhou city,in red soil hilly region in south Hunan,is chosen as a region to study the land ecological security situation.From the aspects of nature,e-conomy and society,18 indexes which have significant impact on the ecological security in the region according to PSR model are selected.The land ecological security of Yongzhou city from 2003 to 2012 was also evaluated by using the entropy method and index additive model.The result indicated that land ecological security index weight upward in Yongzhou city from 2003 to 2012,from a risk-sensitive grade-level,but the ecological security of land resources in the region was not optimistic.It was recommended that some policies in order to strengthen the people’s ecological safety awareness,to increase he protection of basic farmland,to balance the process of urbanization and ecological environment construction,to reasonable control of the population and improve the population quality,to develop ecological agriculture,to improve environmental protection regula-
tions,strengthening ecological construction culture .All the methods are important ways to achieve sustainable development in Yongzhou.%以永州
市为研究区，利用 P-S-R 模型结合自然、社会、经济三分法构建永州市土地生态
安全评价指标体系，运用极差法和熵权法模型，通过加权求和对永州市2003—2012年的土地生态安全进行评价。

结果表明：2003—2012年永州市土地生态综合安全值总体呈稳步上升趋势，从风险级转为敏感级，但还未达到良好级，说明该区域土地生态安全状况正逐步好转，但总体上该区域的土地生态安全状况不太乐观。
