【摘要】Objective:Analysis of lipid levels of Hepatitis B virus positive patients ,Hepatitis B virus in patients with HBeAg and the Hepatitis B virus negative people .Methods:Elect 32 cases of Hepatitis B virus in patients with HBeAg ,55 cases of Hepatitis B virus positive patients and 57 cases of Hepatitis B virus neg‐ative people in the control group ,using immunoturbidimetry to detect .Then use the mean of three group samples to do statistical analysis .Results:The results show that the lipid level between the hepatitis B virus infected people and Hepatitis B virus negative people are significant differencet (P<0 .05) ,the lipid leve of the hepatitis B virus infected people is lower than that of Hepatitis B virus negative people .Conclusion:Hepa‐titis B virus infection will affect the patient's lipid levels ,will make it lower .%目的：分析乙肝病毒大三阳患者、小三阳患者各自的血脂水平，探讨乙肝病毒感染对患者血脂水平的影响。

方法：选乙肝病毒大三阳感染者32例，乙肝病毒小三阳患者55例，同时选择乙肝表面抗原阴性者57例，使用OLYMPUS5400自动生化分析仪检测其血清血脂含量，对各组样本的均数进行统计学分析。

结果：乙肝病毒感染患者血脂水平与未感染人群存在显著性差异性（P＜0．05），乙肝病毒感染者血脂水平要低于未感染人群。

结论：乙肝病毒感染会影响患者的血脂水平，使其有一定程度降低。
