9. Connected - Retrieving the Screen from the Mobile Device
Enable or disable the flash on the remote mobile device Switch between the front and rear mobile device camera. Manually refocus the video stream. Enable or disable speakerphone on the remote mobile device. (Not supported on iPhones) Start/Stop the video stream. Switch between picture and video mode. Request the consumer’s location information Share an image in agent’s PC in the mobile device screen. Voice chat initiate/End Transfer the screen capture files Record start / stop

Front/Rear camera Flash Draw
Erase All Drawings Pause/Resume Video Stream Picture/Video Mode
Switch between the front and rear mobile device camera. Enable or disable the flash on the remote mobile device. Start or stop drawing on the device’s screenshot. Erase all drawings from the screen Start/Stop the video stream. Switch between picture and video mode.

Locks the Viewer
Closes the Viewer and ends the remote session. Start or stop drawing on the device’s screenshot. Select from a wide range of drawing styles. Select the color to be used.
