国内外中小学教师专业化发展的比较研究

【摘要】The eyes of the domestic and international educationists over the past century are focusing on the question of teachers' professional development. But because of the imbalance of the world economy, political development, teachers' professional development progress and the hierarchy are also different. Therefore, comparison and analysis of the teachers’ professional development at home and abroad helps to solve the factors unfavorable to the specialization in the domestic education system, so as to promote the progress of the teachers’ professional development. This paper made a comparative study to enhance the level of literacy of teachers' professionalization and specialization in our country based on the teachers' professional development in the primary and secondary schools at home and abroad.%近百年来国内外教育人士的目光都聚焦在教师的专业化发展问题上。

但由于世界经济、政治发展不平衡，教师专业化的发展进度和层次也有所不同。

因此，对比、分析国内外教师专业化发展形式，有利于解决在本国教育体制内不利于专业化的因素，从而推进教师专业化发展的进度。

本文围绕国内外中小学教师专业化发展这一主题进行比较研究，以提升我国教师专业化素养、专业化水平。
