【摘要】 目的 观察小儿推拿疗法对疱疹 性 咽 峡 炎 的 临 床 疗 效.方 法 选 取 ２０１６ 年 ５ 月 至 ２０１７ 年 １０月辽宁省抚顺市中医院儿科收治的疱疹性咽峡 炎 患 儿 ２００ 例 为 研 究 对 象,随 机 分 为 对 照 组 和 观 察 组 各 １００例.对照组给予小儿牛黄清心散口服.观察组在对照组治疗基础上,给予小儿 推 拿 疗 法 治 疗 以 解 表 清 热,泻火解毒.每日推拿１次,５d为 １ 个 疗 程. 观 察 两 组 临 床 疗 效 及 体 温 恢 复 正 常 时 间、疱 疹 消 失 时 间. 结果 观察组 临 床 总 有 效 率 为 ９３������０％ (９３/１００),显 著 高 于 对 照 组 ８０������０％ (８０/１００),差 异 有 统 计 学 意 义 (P＜０������０５). 观 察 组 体 温 恢 复 正 常 时 间 和 疱 疹 消 退 时 间 均 明 显 短 于 对 照 组 ,差 异 有 统 计 学 意 义 (P＜０������０５). 结 论 应 用 小 儿 推 拿 辅 助 治 疗 疱 疹 性 咽 峡 炎 ,临 床 疗 效 好 ,值 得 推 广 .
