摘要：为适应现代农业气象服务需要，建立以用户需求为导向的精准为农气象服务业务，基于 Html5 技
术，开发了山东省智慧精准农业气象服务平台。平台根据用户精细气象需求，加入用户对气象指标的精
准订正信息，构建作物气象指标库和用户气象指标库，建立农作物全生育期适宜度预报模型，结合气象

制作和发布。平台基于 LBS 服务，将精细化预报技术与 WEB GIS 技术相结合，建立了针对用户“一对一”
的精准农业气象服务业务，已在山东省、市、县三级气象部门广泛应用。
