基于自主学习的开放教育网络教学资源用户需求研究

【摘要】以现代信息技术为基础、借助于网络平台的现代远程教育过程中，网络教学资源的优劣和使用效果的好坏直接影响到网络教学的质量。

从电大十多年来远程开放教育网络教学资源使用需求角度出发，进行用户调研，分析网络教育资源方面存在的问题，探究资源建设的原则策略和对策，以提升教学资源的利用效率、促进学生的自主学习能力。

%In the process of modem distance education, the quality of online teaching materials and effect of using materials will directly affect the quality of online education. In terms of the needs of online teaching materials in TV University＇s distance open education, this paper made a survey, analyzed the existing problems and probed into the principles of material-construction and solutions to the problems with the aim to improve the effect of using teaching materials and boost the learners＇ ability of autonomous learning.
