The Pearl River Delta Economic Zone
Lingnan Culture
Foshan used be one of the four most famous towns in ancient China. It is famous for Yue opera, Gongfu, ceramic arts and other traditional culture in South China. Zumiao
Temple was founded in Song Dynasty (11th Century) and Nanfeng Kiln has served for 500 years since Ming Dynasty.

•About 52 hectares with GFA of 1.5 million sq.m;
•22 heritage buildings (including 2 national wide heritage area -Zumiao Temple 祖庙and Donghuali东华里)
•Around 9,000 families to be relocated within two years;
•Around 8,900 families has signed relocation agreement;
•Phase I including FSLNTD to be completed before 2010 when the 16th Asia Games will be held in Guangzhou;
•Phase I includes a 5-star hotel, shopping centre, XTD area, high-end residential
•Groundbreaking ceremony been held in Feb. 2008;
•Construction to be commenced no later than Q4 2008.
