1、及时安排好打样。

要按客户的要求,书面详细列出打样单。

打样单上应严格明晰四大要素:货号、原料、颜色搭配和做法。

打样单的格式应严格参照大货订单格式,即货号-颜色-数量应列出表格,而不能是其它的任何格式。

打样单应由外贸部经理签字后,方能安排打样,外贸部经理不在时,由外贸部经理指定的人签字。

如涉及XX模、五金模具是否要开,应请示外贸部经理。

如打样需新购原料或辅料,应书面通知采购部购买。

如采购过程中涉及最少起订量的,应马上汇报外贸部经理,由外贸部经理决定如何处理。

样品完成后,应仔细审核样品,寄出前,必须拍照存入电脑档案。

如果是新客户,样品是否向客户收费、收多少、快递费是预付还是到付,需请示经理,由经理决定。

总的原则是:如果是少量样品,样品免费,运费到付。

如样品数量较多,应考虑样品收费,运费到付。

2、精确地报出美金销售价格。

严格把握“核价单”,精确地报出美金销售价格。

一般情况下,核价单只要掌握两种就可,一种是“一般贸易核价单”,一种是“进料加工核价单”。

核价单原则上是由计划部提供的。

业务员在向计划部索取核价单时,应拿到Excel的电子格式,而不是纸张打印件。

拿到计划部提供的核价单后,业务员应逐字逐行进行审核,检查是否有任何可能的差错。

特别要有能力看出明显的错误,如发现一个XX皮康纸的金额为5元,一个XX里布的用量为1米,应立即通知计划部,要求计划部立即改正错误。

当遇到计划部未能及时提供核价单,客户又要马上提供报价时,业务员应立即动手,收集相应的核价单数据,自己制作出准确的核价单。

业务员一定要看清楚核价单中利润和销售利润率的计算方法的公式是否正确。

利润=美金卖价X汇率X0.96-成本销售利润率=利润÷(美金卖价X汇率)X100%美金卖价确定后,原则上必须经外贸部经理审核后,方能对外报价。

个别客户提出佣金要求的,业务员必须把事情的来龙去脉向外贸部经理汇报清楚,由经理决定如何操作。

在进行外贸的额时,正确的运用技巧能够帮助面试,那么在外贸中有哪些技巧呢?下面就和一起来看看吧。

应聘者在参加外贸英语面试前大都作过充分的语言知识的准备与练习.那么在众多的英语语法规则中为什么要单独强调时态的运用呢?其一是因为由于和汉语的表达习惯不同(汉语中动词没有时态变化),这是一个口语中极其常见的错误.但同时来说,时态又是比较基本的语法点,一旦用错,会让面试官对面试者的英语能力产生质疑.其二是因为在面试过程中,往往会涉及到很多关于个人经历,教育背景,工作, 职业规划等方面的问题,因此在表述某件事情或是某个想法的时候,一定要注意配合正确的时态,否则就会造成差之毫厘,失之千里的后果.例如:你已经参加过某项专业技能培训与你正在参加或计划参加就是完全不同的.
任何面试都带有一定程度的主观性.也就是说面试官是否欣赏你也可能成为最后的决定性因素.因此在英语面试的过程中,应当尽量避免由于对英语语言的驾驭能力不足,而引发的不敬甚至冒犯.
具体而言,主要有两种做法要特别注意避免.首先是要避免使用过于生僻的单词,或是地方俚语之类接受群体相对比较小的表达方式.因为这种表达方式很有可能造成听者的困惑与曲解.
其次则是要避免过多,过于主观地谈及宗教文化或时事政治方面的问题.不少面试者出于第一项提到的急于展示英语水平的目的,或是想给面试官留下深刻印象的目的`,常常会犯这个错误.
在英语面试中,面试官很有可能不同的国家与地区,有一定的个人倾向.因此作为面试者,在不了解情况的状态下,如果谈到此类话题,谨慎而有节制的发言才是上上策.
一般而言,对于非英语专业要求的工作,面试常常主要是英语口试形式.但是要注意的是这与英语考试的口试不同,面试人员通常是由公司的人事主管,应聘部门主管或公司高层组成,他们更关心和器重的是你的专业知识和工作能力,而英语此时只是一种交流工具,或者说是你要展示的众多技能中的一种,因此要切忌为说英语而说英语,有些人就怕自己的英语减分,为了希望给面试官留下英语水平高的印象,常常会大量的使用事先准备好的花哨的词汇及句式,而真正针对面试官所提问题的、与工作有关的个人见解却很少,内容空泛,逻辑混乱.最后除了得到一句英语不错的夸奖之外,恐怕很难有理想的收获.因为在漂亮英语和聪明头脑之间,面试官总是会选择后者的.
首先,我们先看在外企中,员工的目标都是希望能够成为一个出色的职业经理人,而在外企中的那些核心事务,一定是国际化的,
而企业生存中,最简化地说就是贸易,将产品卖出去,以求获得利润。

如此,一个不懂国际贸易,不会国际交往的员工如何成为一个真正的职业经理人,一个外企核心圈内的职业经理人。

可见,国际贸易操作的重要性,但这一点往往不被很多人所见。

其次,因为外销市场广大,内销始终只是在本国的一个区域中,即便如中国幅员之辽阔,市场终不敌北美南美,欧洲等等的总和。

也正因为这,外贸人员才有机会经常和老总接触。

作为一名外贸人员,不仅仅是语言翻译那么简单,更应当是老板的左右手,在心中,要自我定位为公司的二老板。

具体来说,有四点:
第一,外贸人员要经常的和财务接触,通过对整个流程的优化和自身的经验,来降低成本,或者采用比L/C更好的付款方式。

第二,外贸人员要经常与工厂接触,要了解整个生产过程及其进展,并且要随时联系外商,绝对不能不闻不问。

不然,一方面没有办法对产品的状况有很好的了解和控制,另一方面就会降低了服务的质量——随时和外商保持联系,回报生产过程,这样更加能显示出对产品的重视。

一、接到面试通知后,最好在家打个自我介绍的草稿,然后试着讲述几次,感觉一下。

二、自我介绍时首先应礼貌地做一个极简短的开场白,并向所有的面试人员(如果有多个面试考官的话)示意,如果面试考官正在注意别的东西,可以稍微等一下,等他注意转过来后才开始。

三、注意掌握时间,如果面试考官规定了时间,一定要注意时间的掌握,既不能超时太长,也不能过于简短。

四、介绍的内容不宜太多的停留在诸如姓名、工作经历、时间等东西上,因为这些在你的表上已经有了,你应该更多的谈一些跟你所应聘职位有关的工作经历和所取得的成绩,以证明你确实有能力胜任你所应聘的工作职位。

五、在作自我简介时,眼睛千万不要东张西望,四处游离,显得漫不经心的样子,这会给人做事随便、注意力不集中的感觉。

眼睛最好要多注视面试考官,但也不能长久注视目不转睛。

再就是尽量少加一些手的辅助动作,因为这毕竟不是在作讲演,保持一种得体的姿态也是很重要的。

六、在自我介绍完后不要忘了道声谢谢,有时往往会因此影响考官对你的印象。

对于工厂的库存品,也要多加了解,尽可能地将他们销售出去,并且加强控制和管理,对产品的包装运输过程也都能了解,对日后的工作必定是能有所帮助的。

第三,外贸人员与内销人员的配合。

由于一些产品,国内外的需求和季节性上是有所不同的,而且付款方式也都不同,有些时候内销的利润更好,那么就应当少接单;反之亦然。

这样就可以加强内销和外贸之间的配合,从总公司的总体利益上考虑配合。

第四,外贸人员经常会和老板接触。

因为外销人员是第一手接触公司产品与订单情况的人,更加明白在国际市场上本产品的市场情况,所处地位,而且同行业竞争者的发展状况(包括新开发产品的趋势,新机器的状况,与产品的上中下游的变化和结合,国际市场上未来价格的走向等等)。

这些信息都和工厂公司的利益与发展密切相关,是老板制定决策时候的重要参考信息,因此外贸人员也会经常和老板接触,并且所提供的信息也是相当重要的。
