功能特点我公司采用交变电流采集积水的电感参数,准确区分是否发生水浸,甚至可以区分纯净水与自来水(默认以自来水为检测对象,若要检测纯净水请特殊说明)。

因为采用交变电流检测,电极即使长时间浸泡也不会产生电泳极化,不依赖特殊电极,做到寿命长、检测可靠。

具体型号接线卡轨壳接线出485-B(蓝色)4. 配置软件安装及使用软件选择打开资料包,选择“调试软件”---“485参数配置软件”,找到打开即可。

参数设置①、选择正确的COM口(“我的电脑—属性—设备管理器—端口”里面查看COM端口),下图列举出几种不同的485转换器的驱动名称。

②、单独只接一台设备并上电,点击软件的测试波特率,软件会测试出当前设备的波特率以及地址,默认波特率为4800bit/s,默认地址为0x01。

该水浸传感器广泛适用于通讯基站、宾馆、饭店、机房、图书馆、档案库、仓库、设备机柜以及其它需积水报警的场所。

1.2功能特点采用交流阻抗测量形式,交流阻抗方式可以有效避免电极发生氧化电解,极大的提高寿命。

漏水测量结果精准,误报率几乎为零。

1.3主要参数直流供电12V-24V DC开关量类型常开触点检测对象各类型水溶液耗电≤0.15W(@12V DC,25℃)开关量工作功率120VAC/24VDC水浸传感器说明书 1.4系统框架图本传感器可以连接单独使用,首先使用12V直流电源供电,设备可以直接连接带有485接口的PLC,可以通过485接口芯片连接单片机。

通过后文指定的modbus协议对单片机和PLC进行编程即可配合传感器使用。

同时使用USB转485即可与电脑连接,使用我公司提供的传感器配置工具进行配置和测试。

本产品也可以多个传感器组合在一条485总线使用,在进行485总线组合时请遵守“485总线现场接线守则”(见水浸传感器说明书 附录)。

理论上一条总线可以接16个以上的485传感器,如果需要接更多的485传感器,可以使用485中继器扩充更多的485设备,另一端接入带有485接口的PLC、通过485接口芯片连接单片机,或者使用USB转485即可与电脑连接,使用我公司提供的传感器配置工具进行配置和测试。

The location should be vertical with a clear path to the contents of the tank. There should be no obstructions that could interfere with the signal. Insert the threaded device by screwing it into the opening. Do not over tighten.1.If the hole is not threaded, place the foam gasket(included with kit) over the opening.2.Place the mounting adapter (included with kit) ontop of the foam e the two (2) stainless steel self-tapping,counter-sunk screws (included with kit) to attach the adapter to the tank. 水浸探测器安装与配置说明一、产品概述本产品应用电极浸水阻值变化的原理来进行积水探测,采用MCU智能检测方式,传感器防锈设计,有较高的精度与灵敏度,具有低功耗、良好的长期稳定性、可靠性等优点。

本产品可广泛用于地下室,水箱,机房,水路,水塔,水窖,水池,游泳池,水房,太阳能等一切储水设备及需要知道漏水或溢水的地方。

用户可根据需要选择独立型/联网型/无线型报警器。

二、主要技术参数产品名称水浸探测器产品型号工作电压DC3V电池产品类型无线型安装方式壁挂或台面安装工作温度0℃-+60℃环境湿度0%~80%RH产品尺寸89*89*28mm三、操作说明1、无线型水浸探测器产品请装入2节1.5V的AA电池,接入电池电压大于2.4V上电时,绿色LED闪烁一次,同时蜂鸣器鸣叫一声;若电压小于2.4V上电则黄色LED快速闪烁3次,同时蜂鸣器鸣叫3声,随后探测器即进入工状态。

2、当使用电池供电时绿色LED将每隔约25S闪烁一次,以示供电正常。

3、为确保探测器完好,使用时应定期长按HUSH/TEST键(>2S)进行测试,2S后LED会红、绿交替快速闪烁,同时蜂鸣器随LED点亮而鸣叫,直到按键松开;此外,测试时探测器会发出无线报警信号。

4、当传感器探测到水后,探测器红色LED将快速闪烁,同时蜂鸣器发出“滴、滴”报警声提示提醒用户有漏水或溢水现象;探测器,则会发出无线报警信号。

5、报警时用户可以可以长按或短按HUSH/TEST键进入静音,此时红色和绿色LED每隔1S交替点亮一次,蜂鸣器关闭,静音时间为10分钟,10分钟后探测器若仍探测到有水,则探测器继续报警提示用户有漏水或溢水现象。

6、正常状态也可短按HUSH/TEST键进入静音,此时绿色LED 每隔1S闪烁一次,遇水时红色和绿色LED每隔1S交替闪烁一次,而不输出其他信号:如声音、无线信号。

在静音状态可以拖地板或洗刷水池。

若想结束静音可以再次短按HUSH/TEST键。

产品主体按IP65防护等级设计,传感器采用光电采集技术,有效解决因水浸导致漏电而烧坏设备的问题。

该无线水浸传感器广泛用于宾馆、图书馆、通讯基站、仓库、档案馆以及其它需要积水报警的扬所。

传感器由传感头、电池、MCU、射频模块、天线组成;外观小巧,安装方便。

Extreme vibration caused by the process or the equIP ment, e.g. by fluidization or beaters in the vessel, can cause theextension tube of LBV301 to vibrate in resonance. This leads to increased stress on the upper weld joint. Should a longer tube version be necessary, you can provide a suitable support or guy directly above the vibrating element to secure the extension tube.This measure applies mainly to applications in Ex areas. Make sure that the tube is not subject to bending stress due to this measure.If an installation from above is necessary, check if you can use a cable version. Over a longer period of time, strong vibration can damage the instrument electronics. The small and discreet Model WD Water Detector is designed for dependabledetection of low levels of conductive liquids. The module features a sturdy and reli-able aluminum enclosure and is powered by 24 VAC or 24 to 30 VDC. Water sens-ing tape attaches to module and if any liquid comes in contact with the tape theresistance is changed and the alarm will be triggered. The tape is hydrophobic so itdoes not absorb any of the liquid it is detecting which makes for a faster drying timeand faster return to service after a water leak.The sensing tape is 1˝ wide and can be bought in lengths of 5, 10, 15 and 25 feet.Multiple tapes can be connected together to extend the coverage area which makesit ideal for domestic as well as commercial applications. 2、烘箱法是校正水份仪的基准,只有通过现场取样做烘箱比对才能判断仪器显示准确与否。

每次取样时间最好在生产正常1小时以后,这时水份仪及生产控制系统均进入稳态。

取样应尽量在水份平稳时进行(水份波动最好上下不要超过0.2)。

取样点应在光斑位置后20-40公分处的物料表面。

3、校正一次水份仪,所取的样品不能太少,建议取样数量要≥5个。

在样品中去伪存真,找出统计规律后再加以修正。

采样数量越多,可靠性准确性就越高。

烘箱法用国标法:100度烘2小时。

天平的精度要求准确到1‰克,烘烤被测物料的器皿最好用铝盒(导热性要好)。

●要求显示值增大,则按显示箱面板“增加”键;要求显示值减小,则按“减少”键。

增加或减少的数值就是仪器显示值和实际水份(烘箱值)的差值。

●按“确定”键予以确认,显示值面板显示“--16”。

●按“设置”键,水份仪显示修改后的水份值。

二、阻尼时间的含义。

阻尼可以理解为仪器对物料含水率的响应时间。

物料水份均匀度好,阻尼时间可以小些,如15秒;物料均匀度差,阻尼时间可以适当大些,如15-45秒。

阻尼的作用是可以滤去由于物料中微小团粒水份的突变而产生的尖脉冲。

阻尼时间小,反应灵敏,但数字显示跳动较大,视觉上也很不舒服;阻尼太大,反应会有些迟钝。

一般情况下15-35秒为好。

1.概述1.1功能及应用介绍农博创新水质ORP(氧化还原电位)传感器是一款用于水质氧化还原电位监测的传感器,可准确测量微生物、鱼虾类、水草类等多种环境下淡水或海水水体的氧化还原性。

3.维护3.1贮存水质ORP传感器使用完毕后需要长时间贮存时,应先将水质ORP传感器冲洗干净,然后插入加有 3.5mol/L氯化钾溶液的保护帽,或者可将水质ORP传感器浸没到氯化钾溶液(浓度4.注意事项1请勿将传感器置于水流较快的地方,会导致污染物堆积过快。

2请勿用硬物(手指,金属等)接触水质ORP传感器探头,否则会导致传感器探头表面产生划痕。

3定期清洗检查传感器探头,避免被污染。

FBWINBLi智能水浸传感器采用光电技术,经微处理器运算处理,现场显示。

产品主体按IP65防护等级设计,传感器采用光电采集技术,有效解决因水浸导致漏电而烧坏设备的问题。

介质:水油等液体。

该无线水浸传感器广泛用于宾馆、图书馆、通讯基站、仓库、档案馆以及其它需要积水报警的扬所。

传感器由传感头、电池、MCU、射频模块、天线组成;外观小巧,安装方便。

三、安装方法及要求
1、安装:
传感器主体有安装孔位,请垂直安装。

2、传感器:
根据需要,传感器平行于地面放置,或根据检测高度垂直于地址安装;
3、防止传感和腐蚀性或过热的介质接触:
4、传感器采用锂电池供电,安装位置必须远离热源及高强度光源聚积点。

5、请保证天线各接口旋紧无松动,天线尽量远离墙壁,避免天线放置于金属
管道中间。

如信号微弱,需适当延长天线致信号较强处。

天线远离变频器、电机等强干扰设备。
