一旦 IC901 工作,其①脚的电流会上升,此时,内部电流源所提供的电流将不足以满足①脚的需要, 所以由①③绕组上的脉冲电压经 R909 限流,D901 整流,C908 滤波后所产生的直流电压来给①脚供电, 以继续满足①脚的需求。
2.各路电压输出过程 电路工作后,12V 绕组输出的脉冲电压经 D906(两个并联二极管)整流,C917、C918、L904、C922 滤波后,产生+12V 的直流电压,给逆变器供电(背光逆变器电路与电源同在一块板)。 5V 绕组输出的脉冲电压经 D907 整流,C939、L903、C915 滤波后,产生+5V 直流电压,给主板供 电。 3.稳压过程 该电源是通过调整开关脉冲的占空比来实现稳压控制的,稳压主取样点设在+5V 输出端,辅助取样点 设在+12V 输出端。当某种原因(如电网电压上升,负载变轻等)引起各路输出电压上升时,+5V 电压也必上 升,经 R927、R930 分压后,送至 IC904 控制脚的电压也上升,从而使 IC904 导通加强,IC903 中的发 光二极管和光电三极管导通也增强,IC901 的④脚电压上升,经内部电路调节后,其⑥脚输出的脉冲宽度 变窄(占空比减小),Q903 饱和时间缩短,各路输出电压下降。当某种原因引起各路输出电压下降时,则稳 压过程与上述相反。 值得注意的是,当只设主取样点时,+5V 电压大约为 6.2V 左右,+12V 电压大约为 15V 左右;当主取 样点和辅助取样点同时存在时,+5V 和+12V 输出才正常。也就是说,主取样点起粗调作用,它能将输出 电压稳定在正常值的附近;辅助取样点起细调作用,在它的配合下,才能将输出电压稳定在正常值上。设置 两个取样点的目的是为了提高电路的可靠性,提高稳压精度。另外,当+12V 电压达到 14V,+5V 电压达到 6V 时,ZD921、D915、R942、ZD922、D916 等元件也会参与稳压作用,以加大稳压环路的调节力度。 4、保护过程

【很全】关于431的应用太全了!一、TL431 取样补偿当中的原件值计算TL431作为一种可控的精密稳压源,具有价格低、性能高的特点,因此被大量应用在各种电子电路当中。
下文章将为大家介绍TL43取样补偿当中的原件值计算。
以下面的电路图为例,其中R6的数值并不是随便决定的。
R6的参数主要取决于两个因素:第一个是TL431参考输入端的电流,一般此电流为2uA左右,为了避免此端电流影响分压比,以及避免噪音的影响,一般取流过电阻R6的电流为参考段电流的100倍以上,所以此电阻要小于2.5V/200uA=12.5K。
第二个是待机功耗的要求,如有此要求,在满足<12.5K的情况下尽量取大值。
熟悉电源设计的各位一定都知道,TL431需要1mA的工作电流,这就意味着当R1的电流接近于零时,也要保证TL431有1mA,所以R3≤1.2V/1mA=1.2K即可。
另一方面也是出于功耗方面的考虑。
所以对电路的设计而言,R1的取值非常重要,它必须确保TOP控制端能够得到足够的电流。
假设用PC817A,其CTR=1.6-0.8,取低限0.8,要求流过光二极管的最大电流为6/0.8=7.5mA,所以R1的值≤(15-2.5-1.2)/7.5=1.5K,光二极管能承受的最大电流在50mA左右,TL431为100mA,所以取流过R1的最大电流为50mA,R1>(15-2.5-1.3)/50=226欧姆。
在上图当中,我们可以看到R5 与C4 形成了在原点当中的极点,被用来对低频增益进行提升,来压制低频(100Hz)纹波和提高输出调整率,即静态误差。
R4C4 形成一个零点,来提升相位,要放在带宽频率的前面来增加相位裕度,具体位置要看其余功率部分再设计带宽处的相位是多少,R4C4 的频率越低,其提升的相位越高,当然最大只有90 度,但其频率很低时低频增益也会减低,一般放在带宽的1/5 处,约提升相位78 度。
至此,就是TL431 的取样补偿中原件值的完整计算方法。

AP4313通过内部的放大器和比较器,根据差值进行负反馈控制。
具体来说,AP4313的输入脚为VIN脚,输出脚为VOUT脚。
当输入电压VIN增加时,与基准电压进行比较后,AP4313通
过负反馈调整内部的控制元件来降低输出电压VOUT,使其
达到稳定。
反之,当输入电压VIN降低时,AP4313通过负反
馈调整内部的控制元件来提高输出电压VOUT。
同时,AP4313还具有过载保护和过温保护功能。
当负载电流
过大或芯片本身温度过高时,AP4313会自动减小输出电压以
保护电路安全运行。
综上所述,AP4313通过反馈控制实现对输入电压的稳压,保
证输出电压的稳定性,并具有过载保护和过温保护功能。

Adjustable Precision Shunt Regulator Features

Description
The AP431/AP431A are 3-terminal adjustable precision shunt regulators with guaranteed temperature stability over the applicable extended commercial temperature range. The output voltage may be set at any level greater than 2.495V(VREF) up to 36V merely by selecting two external resistors that act as a voltage divider network. These devices have a typical output impedance of 0.2Ω. Active output circuitry provides very sharp turn-on characteristics, making these devices excellent improved replacements for Zener diodes in many applications. The precise (+/-) 1% Reference voltage tolerance of the AP431/431A make it possible in many applications to avoid the use of a variable resistor, consequently saving cost and eliminating drift and reliability problems associated with it.
