纤细外壳的直线光栅尺主要用于安装空间 有限的地方。如果使用安装板或固定元件, 可实现较大测量范围和支持更高加速度 载荷。

光栅尺栅距越小,光电扫描的衍射现象越严 重。HEIDENHAIN公司的直线光栅尺采用两 种扫描原理:
• 成像扫描原理,用于20 µm和40 µm栅距 光栅尺。
• 干涉扫描原理,用于栅距8 µm甚至更小 光栅。
成像扫描原理 简单的说,成像扫描原理是采用透射光生成 信号:栅距相同或相近的光栅尺和扫描光栅 彼此相对运动。扫描光栅的基体是透明的, 而作为测量基准的光栅尺可以是透明的也 可以是反射的。

It is installed in public and industrial power systems of the secondary distribution level, for example, in local transformer substations of the power supply compa-nies, or in medium-voltage infeeds of infrastructure projects.Proven functionalities combinedwith optimum use of space8DJH Compact offers the proven func-tionalities of switchgear from the 8DJH product family. The product range com-prises the panel block with two ring-main feeders and one transformer feeder, the so-called RRT scheme, and up to the dou-ble panel block RRT-RRT with an overall height of 1,400 mm or 1,700 mm. Accordingly, the connection terminal does not include any ignition sources.•When operating the transmitter housing at an ambient temperature under –20 °C, use appropriate cables and cable entries permitted for this application.•When connecting through a conduit entry approved for this purpose, mount the associated sealing unit directly at the housing.•Seal unused entry glands with approved sealing plugs that correspond to the type of protection. The plastic transport sealing plug does not meet this requirement and must therefore be replaced during installation.•Before operation:–Screw in the cover all the way.–Tighten the securing clamp on the cover.•The installation of the tank gauge NMS80/81/83 is to be made in such a way that no waving or rolling motion of the displacer can occur in operation causing a contact of the displacer with the tank wall.
